I have been with Regents Court ever since my puppy, Bertie was young and I have always received excellent care for him. He is welcomed by name and spoken to which relaxes him and allows whatever is needed to be done. The staff are very polite and professional. All the staff at Regent Court vets are kind, welcoming and totally professional. Sadly our dog had to have end of life care last year and it was extraordinarily kind, thoughtful and carefully planned by the team. At a very sad time we felt completely taken care of and supported. Our wishes were sought and followed. We now need their excellent services again as we embark on a new journey with our new Collie puppy. Again they have been nothing but kind, supportive and their knowledge is exceptional. It is so good to know we have a team to call on when we need them.
