This was amazing, the person who took my order (will I think) was very nice and the manager checked in on us, overall the best chick fil a experience to be honest

As per usual, the food was great and hot. The service was amazing. The manager seemed to snap at a couple of younger employees, I hate to see that. But they were very respectful. There was even a spill of a full cup by a customer and they were on it so quickly.

Great food, great employees,fast service, great for date night or family night seating too. 10 out of 10 experience. I would eat here again. 😊

Sharon is the nicest lady I have come across! My sandwich was wrong twice and she went out of her way (when she wasnt even the lady who took my order OR brought my food) and she got it fixed for me, brought my forks for my mac n cheese and did the same for the lady sitting next to me. She was very sweet!!!

Stopped by for lunch while in Ohio recently and was impressed initially. by how clean the restaurant was. Being that it was lunchtime the restaurant was busy, however I received my order quickly, and the food, as well as the service, were excellent!

Good location. A bit of a pain to get in there because of the way they have it set up next to the mall. Food is always good. Service is great 👍

A fast food restaurant with a mission other than what you see around town. Have you seen what the basic meals are going for at the other places? You're not saving any money nowadays, so you might as well choose quality, excellent service and convenience and spend your money where it's going towards the community. The staff at our Chick-fil-A have scholarship opportunities and training that's top notch. They even bought our local high school marching band a much-needed replacement band trailer with their logo on the side. The tuba and the sousaphone still get down the road where they need to be, and Chick-fil-A helped us get there, so we're proud to support a business that puts down roots into our town. More bang for advertising dollars, and kids gotta eat! It even matches our school colors, red and white! (That's just a suggestion for the local manager: Want a thousand brand loyal customers? 100 families and their close friends? Support a local high school band. Get creative! A logo lettering ad exclusive on a new band trailer is better than a highway billboard! It goes to places where thousands of eyes linger. Marching bands are spectacular! And pass it on to the regional team. These kind of partnerships help everyone.)

The only problem we had was a slow moving line. Otherwise our food was hot and fresh and came out quick. Staff was friendly and understanding. We met some very nice people. Exterior is beautiful. Play place great for the young ones.

The people were polite & phenomenal as usual...just I was surprised at how slow the service was. It was even surprising that though I had ordered 5 people behind my friends, I received my food before them. I'll chalk it up to maybe a little short handed, because thus it the first Chick-fil-A I've been to, that had slow service.

Drive-thru was a little slow but at least the food was hot and fresh and no mistakes and yay for the samples

My wife and I choose to eat here with my brother. After my wife and I ordered I waved my brother over for him to order and offered to pay. The man running the register stated God would bless us for blessing him with that meal. I am pretty sure we were dealing with the operator of this facility. He had an awesome outlook and loved dealing with people. The lady that brought our food to our table was just as friendly and talked with us for a bit.
