Very nice food is a little pricey but overall a nice place!

Very disappointed- I never give 1 star reviews BUT . . . Burgers we burnt and tasted like they had been made days ago. We ordered loaded tots, two of them, with our combos. We got regular tots (after telling the lady twice we wanted loaded) - we Asked if we could send them back to get the toppings on them, and we would pay the extra. NO, they said. You can throw those away and order new ones. NO thank you! We trashed all the food and took the $18 loss. Drove 45 minutes for this and very disappointed- we have always loved sonic. Staff not friendly, did not care we did not get what we asked for.

I wont go back to morgantown sonic. I ordered the 24 piece boneless wings, begged for them to be tossed in extra buffalo sauce, and also inquired to get extra buffalo sauce on the side, well neither of these requests was fulfilled. You get charged an outrageous price for 24 dried up boneless wings with very little sauce, I also ordered and charged for a FOOTLONG phillycheese steak sandwich and was given a 6 inch dried up joke with no philly or cheese😠 This sonic will never get my business or any of my office colleagues business again either!!! We will stick with PIZZA HUT where your business is appreciated, the wings are actually tossed in sauce with extra on the side (if requested) and you get the proper orders that you are CHARGED FOR!!

The drink was yummy and came quick but really disappointed that we couldn’t go via drive-thru because it was closed….. due to lack of staff…… very happy we got our order in before 4 🎉!

This place is always understaffed and constantly hiring new employees, who are training so they make frequent errors. Not a surprise the turnover is so high considering their sign says they only pay $11/hr. That’s unethical, and sonic should treat their employees better. Maybe then they’d stick around long enough to know how to make the drinks.

Food was good. Service was good. They decided to close early with just a sign printed on paper on display. We almost missed them. Also, I use Apple Pay all the time. Often I don't carry cash, sometimes not even a Wallet depending. This is a terrible inconvenience. I hope they read this and join the rest of the world in accepting Apple Pay.

I have only visited Sonic a few times in my life. I was blown away by the size of the cheeseburger on my my recent visit. It was huge and tasty! Their milkshakes are delicious!

We ordered two number 12s cheese and steak hoagies with extra cheese and with fries a Coke cherry limeade and two pretzels order was very quick to come out but fries were very cold and old steak hoagies didn't have barely any cheese on them after I had asked for extra on both we had people for mayonnaise and had asked if we could get our fries fresh but they only brought us one fry fresh at little disappointed the parking lot actually had a couple of cars in it figuring we would get hot fresh fries and then good friendly people though working

Stopped by for lunch it was about halfway to where we were traveling. The burgers 🍔 were great! They weren't greasy and the crisp was there. I appreciate when your on point!

The food is good. The milkshakes are excellent. The server, at first, forgot one bag of our food. She corrected the issue quickly and apologized. She was very friendly and sincere causing me to disregard her oversight.

Come on man it's a sonic. Foods great you get your bang for your buck. The only thing is I was use to them hanging your try in your door aND there wasn't to many trash cans around I had a view of what seemed to be the outdoor light melted. Didn't affect the quality of the foooood

The food was wrong and tasted horrible. Only good thing was the woman who took my order was very nice. Definitely not coming back. I am wondering if the cheeseburger I got for my son was made the night before because it definitely did not smell fresh. Plus, I asked for it plain which is how you now if they are making fresh food. Everything was trashed after opening. Wasted $25 on garbage. Should have listened to my neighbor who used to work there.

10 minutes after pressing the button for service on the patio I left. If it was taking that long just to take an order, who knows how long for the food to come out. I don't have an unlimited lunch break, definitely not fast food.

Nothing like spending 45 minutes in a drive through after a long day's work just to get some dehydrated tater tots and chicken jerky. Not to mention the foot long Philly cheesesteak was about 4" too short. Looked to be made on a deli roll from Kroger thats across the parking lot. Cherry limeade was good, ordered sweet tea got unsweetened. WHEN YOUR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW LOOK AT THE NASTY SINK DRAIN WITH GREASE DRIPPING OUT OF THE JOINTS THEN IT JUST EMPTYS ONTO THE FLOOR AND MAKES ITS WAY DOWN A FLOOR DRAIN!

I’m at the window currently patiently waiting for an ounce of service. Google says they close at 10:30, I got here at 9:50. All lights outside are off, I see workers hiding in the back. Is a Cherry limeade too much for a girl to ask?! XD These workers really made me feel un-existing tonight, that’s for sure!

I love that there is still a place that you can go with that drive-in type feeling of years ago with friendly car hops included. The food is fantastic, our orders have always been accurate and brought to us efficiently and with accuracy. The loaded tator tots are worth the trip, in and of the trip themselves! My cheeseburger was huge and it had everything on it, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and onions. You can get yours your way, even with 2 or 3 burgers. There is such a vast choice of drinks, if you can't find something there to tickle your taste buds fancy, well I don't know, they do have water, lol. My daughter had the hot dogs with chili sauce her favorite go to without fail. I did sample a bite of hers and they are really good. I do wish we had a Sonic where we live but for now we stop here when we come to Morgantown for doctor appointments. Whether you live in Morgantown or passing through & are looking for quick bite but don't want to get out of the car or do the drive thru try Sonic and let the car hops bring the food to you. If you do want to go in, they do have a eat in and a large covered patio.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here. They gave me strawberry limeade with no sprite then when they replaced the drink it had no strawberry. I asked for my burger on toast, they put it on plain white bread so I'm now toasting my own burger. They also failed to put pickles or onions on the burger that comes with literally everything......... So now I'm also cutting up onion and digging for pickles for my $11 burger meal that should have had everything on it. I checked my order before I left but after already making them come back once to fix my drink I didn't want to call them again. I hate complaining but this is ridiculous! Spent all that money for a meal I didn't even really order.

Driving up to a spot, I was almost about to drive on through the lot because it was unkempt with trash laying in many places. Only having been at sonic one other time, I had forgotten the process by which they did things. When I placed our order the gentleman was rude and rushed us through the process. The gentleman that brought us our order was the opposite. Very polite and helpful. The food's taste was good but my sandwich was a bit sloppy. Not sure I will be back to this location again.

Ordered the popcorn chicken meal and Sonic single Cheeseburger meal. Both meals had tater totes they had NO salt on them it was awful. The burger did not taste like it was beef very nasty. Milkshake was fine. Better order large on the popcorn chicken because the meduim looks like a small. Very disappointed for 20.00 I reminds me to not eat out when you dont get what you pay for.

Gotta love them half off milkshakes and the chocolate chip and Oreo cookie ice cream sandwiches. Never have been much for the regular food items but there are a few decent things in there. The service is always friendly and fast. Whether you go through the drive thru or park and wait it's a great spot to grab a bite.

My Husband and i was at this location today and i placed my order and i was about to place my husband's order when the woman said my total and got off the speaker and i sat there for a few mins saying hello i have more to order i was completely ironged . So my husband and i drove off and went next door . This is not the first time that my husband and i recieved bad service the time before we got the wrong sandwhich and was rushed . We are from out of town and we dont have a sonic where we live so when we go to morgantown we crave for it . Service was alot better a year ago it really has gone downhill

Food is awesome! We had a ratger large order and didn't even have a long wait time. If you haven't been here, you should try it out!

So which is it? Are the stalls open or are they closed? You have a sign on the front of the store that says they are closed and then I see 4 cars in stalls. Ok sweet, ima assume there open. Then 1 car left with nothing and I assume they are closed then. Than a lady comes with my drink yells “OMG!” After I left my spot And thought I had to only go through drive thru. So I am sorry that all the staff passed a sign that says stalls are closed. So which is it? Are they open or are they closed? Been happening the week of September 10th. Sign is still up that says stalls are closed, yet they are not.

I never leave reviews but this place has terrible service! I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and never got my order taken! Guy came on the speaker said give him a minute, then never came back so I could order. No cars in front of me either! While I sat there 5-6 cars behind me ended up leaving along with myself! Not the first time I’ve been there that the service was extremely unprofessional and slow!! Won’t be going back!

This place needs some attention from upper management these lazy young people need to take there time ordered 6 things and food cold and no fries well look at the picture and rushed us off
