I’ve been going to Chelsea for the last two years and I won’t go see anyone else for my waxing. Chelsea always makes me feel so comfortable, is always in such a great mood and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is extremely talented and only trust her for my brows! She is a great person and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you’re looking into the Wax Boutique.

I've been coming to the Wax Boutique for about a year now to occasionally get facials and waxed every few weeks by Chelsea who is absolutely fantastic! Her attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge and exceptional skills are what have me coming back. I can't say enough great things about this place. The moment you step in you're greeted with a warm and friendly smile and the salon is so clean! I highly recommend this salon!

I absolutely love this place! I have been going to Chelsea for a few years now and she is just the best. She makes me feel so comfortable. She listens to what I have to say while also providing her own professional input. I always leave happy and satisfied. I can not recommend The Wax Boutique, and especially Chelsea, enough.

Honestly this place was kind of a disappointment. I won’t give 1 or 2 stars because everyone is super nice and the place is super clean. I was so excited because this place is so close to me and I’ve needed a new person to do my brows forever and the reviews are so good! However after being pretty clear about how I like my brows it still didn’t happen. I know the trend is bushy but I like a structured heavily arched brow. The girl was super nice and asked me if I wanted her to take more off but each time she took like 3 hairs off so I kind of gave up. I also mentioned I like them trimmed decently short as my brows grow so fast, that didn’t happen either. My brows barely look cleaned up let alone shaped. Still left a decent tip as the girl was sweet but will not return. Will have to go somewhere else tomorrow and pay again to get them done.

First when you walk in the place is beautiful. It's so incredibly clean, that you instantly get a sense that they care a lot about their business. The receptionist was so friendly and I felt like I was among friends, no cold hospital feeling here like other places. I had my brow consult and changed my mind about what I wanted after talking to my technician and they not only fit me in later that day to have the brow tint and lamination, but the owner herself did my brows! I was not made to feel bad or that I inconvenienced them, instead they really cared that I got what I wanted even though I didn't know what that was when I first walked in. I felt taken care of and my initial anxiety over the whole process quickly faded the second I walked in the door. If you get sticker shock over the prices, take the plunge just once, you WILL NOT regret it. My over plucked brows now look thick and uniform, I feel like a movie star. My only regret, not doing this earlier!! DO IT... Don't wait, you deserve to be beautiful too. :) I also want to leave a review on the lemon sugar scrub....It smells amazing. I don't usually like lemon smelling things, but this smells like real lemon and I can't get enuff. It's perfect for summer. I have a TON of allergies and can't use most products, but this scrubs is made with natural ingredients and it made my skin smell great and feel soft. Overall, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Thank You wax boutique!

I recently moved to Manorville and was nervous about getting waxed in an unfamiliar place. The wax boutique was recommended by a colleague, and I decided to try it out. I’ve been twice now for eyebrow waxes and both times have been great! I recently had Chelsea and she was amazing. Very little pain and was in and out quickly. I will continue to use TWB for all my waxing needs and hopefully for lashes very soon!

I came to the wax boutique for my first full back wax . I was extremely nervous especially being a guy and this being my first waxing experience ever. I felt extreme comfort as I was greeted by a very nice front desk girl I believe her name was Tiffany. My waxer who I can’t remember her name was also personable , thorough and fast . I will sure be returning again before the summer ends and many more times to come. If I could give this place 10 stars i would!

I first came here to get an eyelash extension for my wedding never having done anything like it before. I was a bit nervous for what the final results would be but the whole experience was amazing and the results were even better. Not only did I have fabulous lashes for my wedding but also didn’t have to worry about makeup for my honeymoon. I have another vacation planned and made sure to book another appointment at the wax boutique and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to enhance their lashes.

Great experience all around! The actual place is not only very clean but the entire ambience is so calming and yet fun! Ali did my eyebrows which came out perfectly as. Always. Then when you go to the front of the store you can buy their home made body scrubs which smell amazing and leave your skin super soft. I’m glad I came for a self care day thanks Ali!

5⭐️plus! I have been going to Jamie for about a year and she has completely transformed my eyebrows with a brow lamination and tint and turned them into what I’ve always wanted them to be. The shape and color is perfection every time! I was getting a lash lift and tint, which I also loved, but I was looking to add more volume and length to my own lashes, so I recently started eyelash extensions and I’m in love - they are flawless every time and look great, but not too much since I like to have a more natural look; they are also very durable and with the proper care last almost perfectly until my next appointment. I am beyond satisfied and happy with the service after every appointment. Jamie is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her for any service!

Amazing experience! I never have had anything done to my lashes before and I finally decided to treat myself. My sister in law recommended that I look into this place. I was feeling a little nervous but Ali made me feel so relaxed and made the experience amazing. Beautiful results! I will absolutely be going back.

Love Love Love my brows every time i get them laminated and tinted by Jaime! She always makes sure they are perfect and to my liking, not to mention how amazing my lashes always look after she does them. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone interested!!!

I treated myself to a Hydrating Facial with Tiffany today. She made sure to ask me questions on products I use, skin issues, sensitivities or allergies prior to the treatment. She made me feel reassured I can ask questions at anytime or if anything needs to be adjusted to make my experience comfortable. I have a very dry skin and sensitive skin and all the products felt great. I like how the hydro jelly mask made my skin feel afterwards and I was glowing. Tiffany has got the touch and gives a wonderful massage that made me melt into the bed. 10/10 will be back again!

Jaime and the rest of the staff at the wax boutique have been a pleasure to work with. I will travel to see Jaime any day of the week. She keeps my eyebrows in excellent shape and treats my eyelash with the upmost care. I’ve had her complete lash extension and lift and Tints on my lashes. Each time she takes the time to explain to me what’s happening and the care needed. She has done my make up for my wedding and my brothers wedding. Her attention to detail is amazing. I would go to any place Jaime is! Alway recommend her and her work!

The Wax Boutique is great. It’s very clean and appointments are always adhered to and they never run late. Chelsea is a master at her craft. She does a great job.
