Best local Chinese takeout place around. Reasonably priced, fast preparation and friendly couple who own the place and work very hard. It’s not fancy but that’s OK!

The food tasted old, chicken was dry, and the dumplings had a bad taste to them. There was a weird clear stringy substance in my wonton soup. The majority of the food ordered was not even edible.

This was the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had, I ordered sesame chicken. It was all clumped together and had absolutely no flavor at all, it was like they took bunch frozen chicken all stuck together, threw it in some flour and cooked it like that …. The sauce was bland ….. they forgot the brown rice ….definite was of money…..

Been coming here for 20 years . Very friendly and polite staff. Food is excellent. Best I’ve ever had. Boneless ribs are the best. The only place I’ll go for Chinese food.

Family owned and operated, I would dare say East Garden is the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. You receive generous portions at great prices and the food is always fresh and delicious. I have ordered from here on many occasions and the food has never missed the mark. The staff are very accommodating and never mess up any special instructions. I highly recommend their sesame chicken, chicken wings, and boneless ribs.

They offer delivery after 4p. The few times I have ordered I can honestly say I didn't love this place at first, but the owner made me a lifetime customer. I live about 10mins away from the store. During lunch I ordered online so I had to go pick it up. Got home ate my egg roll then realized my order was wrong. I called back to tell them, thinking they would be like yeah ok next time we'll give you some type of credit. NO the owner looked at the order asked what was wrong with the order and told me to come back he'll make it over. I get there free of charge. I can't consumer onions he made sure I had none. True customer service I will only eat at "Chinese food" from East garden. They have amazing boneless spare ribs!

Always happy with my order from East Garden. They are friendly and accommodating. I have especially liked the Beef with Broccoli, won ton soup, and the Shrimp toast. They take credit cards, even Amex, which is a plus since I rarely carry cash. there are some tables, if you prefer to eat there, but it is not a traditional sit in Chinese restaurant.

My goodness gracious please don’t serve this food as Chinese cuisine.I don’t often eat out often but holy smokes DO NOT eat here please. FOOD WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.I don’t think the meat is even real and if it is it’s been beaten mashed and soaked in condiments I mean outright awful nothing short of it .Please department of health pay them a visit it’s disgusting.

Food is gross. Ordered Cantonese boneless chicken and got a breaded chicken cutlets Italian style, it supposed to be battered ! They can't even get chicken n broccoli correct 😒 So bad, owner is rude at best.

Ordered delivery. Sweet and sour chicken was dry and all in crumbs, chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein completely dripping in grease. Absolutely disgusting and barely edible. A strayed cat would turn away from the food i received from them tonight. Took 2 bites of everything and threw it all in the garbage and had to run to the toilet. The only thing that tasted good was the 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. The chef definitely checked out tonight. Will never order from here again. Shame

Chinese--Either good or bad, this is not good. Spare ribs are the "only" thing I have found they do right. It is very near my house so I have tried to find a dish I like. So far all the rice and pasta type dishes are very bland, and shrimp dishes have poor quality/tasting shrimps. The other half won't order from here any more.

It’s an okay Chinese take out. The best thing is they deliver! I like the chicken with snow peas in white sauce quite a bit!

Typical Chinese take out joint. Was a little weird because it’s way out on Long Island and the cashier looked like she was behind some bullet proof glass cage . I don’t think it was bullet proof but it seemed like it . Was weird seemed awful ghetto for the suburbs ….
