Wow, wow, WOW!!! If you haven’t been to Stem & Glory, get over here ASAP! I have MANY dietary issues for health reasons (following a Medical Medium lifestyle) and the team at Stem & Glory made a special 3 course meal just for me! It was such a creative meal and absolutely DELICIOUS! I felt like a princess. The kitchen staff was extremely friendly and said they had fun figuring out what to make me. Everyone was so friendly and kind and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I wish I could give this place a million stars. They deserve it! Also, my husband is not vegan and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well! He couldn’t decide and got several small plates. Loved them all. And he wants to come back to try more dishes.

The worst ever experience and Ricky was unfriendly and arrogant. We went in as a family of 4 and he was expecting us to sit separately on a table of 2 when all the tables outside were totally empty. When I was asking him why his response was I can't do anything and told me I was 'embarrassing myself'. Disgusted they can treat their customers like that and are running a so called vegan restaurant. Louise pm owner should close the restaurant if she can't employ decent staff who care about the customers. We ended up leaving and they just didn't care... JUST SHOCKED

Great food and friendly staff. They started to list the carbon footprint of each item on the menu which is incredible. I had the apple and lavender latte, kimchi pancakes (which taste more delicious than I recall from the Cambridge branch) and the dirty burger. Fully recommended for great tasting ethical food.

Divine food, really surprising in terms of flavours and textures, testimony to how top notch vegan food can be. We opted for a few small dishes instead of mains, to be able to try more, and enjoyed it all. But... Atmosphere and decor are nice, but must be the carbon free orientation keeping a teetering table like the one we sat at, and chiped chairs with their white paint peeling off... definetely disgusting is the much stained upholstery to the long bench. Service is good, though a bit on the slow side, and not uniformely attentive, since we were helped by 3 different people. Though the room less than half full, desert station must have been feeling lazy or uninspired that day, since we got the ugliest piece of cheesecake served with careless presentation. Having seen other pictures, felt quite disappointing. Kitchen being open to the salon, one leaves smelling to food, which seems to be a much londoner thing. Not advisable, depending on one's next appointment.

Nice fresh and relaxed vibe, nothing too pretentious. Was greeted well. Food wise we tried 3 small plates - gnocchi, cauliflower and kimchi pancakes. The first two were very tasty and delightful. Kimchi pancakes didn't work for us - too overpowering/salty. The sundae tasted nice but could have been better presented. Took a while to pay up as some staff had left and the others were busy preparing for closing.

Indeed this is the best place for plant - based stir, vegan restaurant in London. Food is delicious and creative with a complimentary dessert served for VIP members. I wish I could give it 5 start but I have to be honest as ever experience matter on rating First, I called to book a table as I couldn't find a link to book on google search and its wasn't a good exeprince , who's ever pick up the phone just hung the phone on me before even I finish my question. Second, it felt like there is no communication between the staff or they don't serve guests per table, as three different people served our food, ask the same question, try to take the order, its a bit disturbing as we can't even catch up with my date.

Cool place and well presented dishes. We really liked the BBQ cauliflower wings and the fish tacos. The Szechuan aubergine main was a little rich and sickly though and the sauce for that should be toned down a few notches. We'd definitely go back though and try more things, plus get others that we enjoyed again. Also I liked their environmental initiative with the cuttlery not being changed from starter to main. We normally try and do that anyway but it's nice to see a restaurant encouraging it. I can imagine some customers don't like that, but I have respect to the restaurant for doing this.

My girlfriend and I visited Stem & Glory for her birthday and the overall experience was positive. The service was quick and friendly, the location is nice and the premises looked modern and clean. On the other side, some of the dishes we ordered were good but others not as great. For example, the Tofu Yakitori was really good and tasty, and the cauliflower buffalo wings as well. However, the Goan squash curry lacked flavor. We would definitely recommend the place because it's entirely vegan with a number of different options.

(Translated by Google) The staff attitude is not good (they are bored and angry), the prices are high and the vegan menu options are very low. Ordering a vegan pizza ends up being an inebriated catastrophe because the restaurant uses its own blended cheese, which is extremely salty. Of course, this salinity was true of pizza dough, artichokes, and mushrooms on pizza, which seemed to fit into the pre-dessert soup and salad sprouts that were soaked in plenty of soy sauce. I suggest tasting the dishes in the kitchen before serving! Hoping for more vegetarian restaurants, more competition and maybe better quality ...

(Translated by Google) It was a good place. It was probably the first vegetarian restaurant that did not seduce me. The attitude of the staff was very respectful. I lowered a star because I think that despite the good design of the restaurant, it took up little space and it would have been better to cover this weakness with natural light and large glasses. There was a funny thing that we could hardly find.

Staff are accommodating & friendly! Feels like they have known you for a long time. We reserved online for a table outside as there was no inside table except the chef’s table. When we arrived there’s no heating nor light in the outside tables. The host managed to provide a table inside even though it was fully booked. So we were very pleased with it! Ambiance is nice and particularly like the lighting the the huge geometric patterned wall. We ordered 1 small plate - kimchi pancake and 1 large plate - Szechuan aubergine & kimchi rice and finished off with warm cherry crumble with (hot) custard. Food is good but could be better. Portion is alright I guess. :) let’s just say I expected better but overall, because of the lovely welcome and attentive staff I am giving them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ google rating!

My wife and I had a brilliant time here! All the food here is vegan and majority gluten free. We received a BuyaGift voucher as a birthday present and couldn't have been more impressed with both the friendly staff/service and the tasty food! We had the cauliflower wings for starter, followed by the Swede Gnocchi (both of our favourite dish) and Tofu Katsu curry. For dessert I had the Chocolate Fudge Brownie (woooow!! 🤤) My wife had the Rasberry 'Cheesecake'. We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future 🌱💚

This is the best meal I've had yet in London! I am here traveling solo for work and walked in during a very busy dinner time when they were fully booked, but the supervisor was so friendly and nice and they were able to accommodate me and make a space at the bar. The food was delicious! I ordered the Kimchi Pancakes and the Swede Gnocchi. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the gnocchi was so flavorful. For dessert I ordered the raspberry cheesecake and it looked too beautiful to eat, and tasted even better. Overall can't recommend this place enough! The food and service was great!

We came here for a quick lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and the space is lovely inside, and although it was very quiet it still didn't feel too empty. I imagine it would be a bit more lively during peak lunch time. Food was delicious! I had the katsu curry with tofu which was pretty great. The curry sauce was a tiny bit too sweet for my taste and definitely could have used some more spice, but it was still super flavourful and hearty. The rice was fantastic! My partner had the 'scallops' and tacos both of which were excellent, especially the tacos. Will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area, and if you're looking for a good selection of vegan meals then this is probably worth the trip from the surrounding areas.

Another branch of this restaurant- can’t believe it has managed to open another location after serving such poor vegan food in Cambridge. This lasagna was runny like a soup and so so bland. The decor is good, the staff seem like they’re trying their best but whoever is creating their menus needs to go. I was hoping this was just Stem and Glory by name but somehow they’ve managed to make exactly the same mistakes as in Cambridge.

Fresh tasty food in a light and vibrant environment. If you can, try to get a seat at a regular dining table as the Chef’s Table may overlook the bar area which isn’t that interesting. The mains are well-priced but the starters are a bit on the high side.

Often my main concern with going to a vegan restaurant is that they will disappoint by recreating classic dishes badly. Given my reservations, I was a bit bold in ordering a classic lasagne but I am pleased to say I wasn't disappointed at all! The bechamel was made of cashew and the pasta layers out of celeriac. It wasn't an exact replica but it came very close. The vegan English breakfast and other dishes that my guests ordered also hit the spot: Tasty and nutritious vegan food that doesn't break the bank.

Very confused at the great reviews this has received. The food is so bland! The "Luxury Lasagne" was a watery soup mixed with passata and soggy vegetables. The cauliflower wings were cremated.

(Translated by Google) I'm not a vegetarian, but my red meat consumption is very low and I like vegetarian foods. Pew Restaurant is one of the few vegetarian restaurants that I know of. The decoration is calm and the staff very welcoming. Our main food order was spinach lasagna and gratin vegetables. Both foods had an acceptable taste, especially lasagna spinach, but there are two things to consider: 1. Cheese was high in both foods, and there was a heavy aftertaste that did not meet the expectations of vegetarian food (perhaps too much cheese to taste good). The bitter taste of zucchini was in Graten vegetables (this may have been missed by the chef since they certainly wouldn't test all the raw ingredients separately, but hopefully not because of food cravings!). For the chocolate cake dessert (without milk and eggs) and the pie we ordered a cake that was new and different to me. The cake was delicious too (its cheese tasted great and the bottom layer was biscuity and crisp).

The order came in May with a series of leftover dry tests. It was delicious with ugly and crushed tomatoes and pickles and potatoes, I don't know if it was left or not cooked big !!! Even my noodles were bad .... It was not. We regret it now !!! My wife's heart hurts and she is nauseous ..... She really feels sorry for you to spend so much, then something like this ... Vegan food! Super variety and interesting flavors. I went on a week night a group of 4, one vegan and one vegitarian. We made a 5:30 reservation the day before which is the time they open. We did family style to try different dishes, and they were great about bringing us small plates and serving spoons for sharing all the dishes. They do have an option to pick one appetizer, one entry, one dessert for a fixed price. We tried 4 appetizers, 3 entries and 2 desserts. It was a lot of food. Many wonderful combinations of flavors (lots of spices, fruit flavors, nuts, exotic). We held on to the menu so as food came we could figure out if we tasted each flavor. Really good; even us meat eaters enjoyed. Restaurant is large (good for groups) and has a back outdoor patio.

after my third visit i decided to finally leave a review. I wanted to love this place, but instead I sort of like it? The food is really hit or miss. The kimchi pancakes were bland and the cauliflower buffalo wings felt like they were made yesterday and just reheated. The standout was the gnocchi, but it wasn't hot enough and so by the time I ate half of it, it had already gone cold. I don't think I would come back again, London has so many other vegan options now. I support the concept, it was clean and staff friendly.

Cool place, good people, sustainable goal, nice interior design! The bowl my friend got was good, Mediterranean bowl was not that great tbh. A bit too oily, made me feel heavy after and lack of carbs made me still feel hungry. Would recommend changing it. Note: the bill did not allow me to not pay carbon neutrality donation.

I had heard about this vegan place and wanted to give it a try. I tried Korean Taco fish, Kimchi pancakes and Katsu curry with black rice. Of three, I enjoyed tacos the most and found it quite flavourful. Kimchi pancakes was not for me. There were some nice options but almost everything had mushroom in it incuding burger patties so my friends decided not to have mains here. I found place cosy and decent, I would say presentation of food was really good and staff was very cordial. Its nice place for vegans with quite a lot of options.

Nice vegan restaurant few steps away from St Paul Cathedral. The menu is wide and full of choices, which highlights the carbon footprint of each dish. The main portions are the best option if you want a quick lunch/dinner without getting too full and try some starters in a bigger version. Overall, from starters to dessert, I was happy to have tried this restaurant and I will definitely try again in the future. The only negative note was my glass of wine… I know that wine is served in a proper wine glass otherwise it will get warm quite quickly, but apparently they served in a water glass which left me a bit disappointed… On the other hand, it was a pleasure splitting the bill since they use an app to deliver and pay the table bill so no paper/ink is involved (smart and wonderful idea)

As a vegan this is the worst place I have eaten in London. Everything is cooked in a very superficial way with no attention to flavor and details. This place is for people who don’t care about what they eat. The Califlowers are mushy and the sauce is extremely sweet and unhealthy The lasagna is filled with bad cut veggies in watery sauce The shakshuka has plain tomato sauce in it, taste like it has just came out of the jar The tofu is is soggy, tasteless, with a very bad quality pickled ginger on the side.

Never tried vegan before, so wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find a broad menu full of delicious combinations, some of which I couldn’t work out how it would taste, but everything was absolutely top quality. I had the BBQ Cauliflower Wings and then a Yogi Bowl. Delicious! Time has certainly been taken to create a diverse range of dishes and I can’t wait to return to try the rest of the menu. Staff are world-class too, very warm and welcoming... Oh, get on the Gamma Ray ale too, that’s special stuff. Well done Stem + Glory, 10/10 from me!

This place is amazing. The food was soooo delicious and they went above and beyond when I asked them what their options were for my celiac friend. I got an email directly from the manager and chef, reassuring me that it was 100% safe for her. Once in the restaurant my friend was so happy that for the first time she could eat anything in the menu without restrictions. The wine was delicious as well and the waiter was very nice at all times. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This is a fine dining restaurant located near St Paul's. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. There is outside seating when the weather is good and the inside is air-conditioned. The staff is efficient and helpful. I recommend you to book in advance as it is busy, especially on Wednesdays when they are doing the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. I had the Bao burger and the raspberry cheesecake. Both were amazing - tasted great and felt healthy. The burger is £14 and the cheesecake £7.5. They are quite filling but don't make you feel bloated.

Came here for dinner with some friends and what a great experience. We were sat up at the bar by the kitchen and it was amazing watching the two brilliant chefs cooking, preparing, and plating the food. They were constantly on the move and everything was done with precision. It made our mouths water and the anticipation for our food was huge. The food we good was great, we had 'meatballs' and a redang curry. Both of which were excellent. Huge flavours and well balanced. Finally, to top it all off the serving staff were charming and excellent.

We sat at the Chef's Table and enjoyed seeing the chef create amazing vegan dishes throughout our lunch. The staff was very attentive and even after a mixup with our table when we arrived they made sure we forgot all about it. The food was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant nice and bubbly. We will return for sure.

Food is fine but not exceptional. Feels like it's trying to do fake-cheese and fake-meat too much rather than just being vegan. Wasn't particularly filling either. Food took a while to arrive even though it was almost empty.

(Translated by Google) It was really one of the most inappropriate food experiences I had. True, I'm not a vegetarian, but I expect burgers to be whatever they are. Or at least the potatoes are well fried or Alfredo pasta. It is not rotten and not without salt However, after the meal, I also had a heartburn due to improper digestion. At least one vegetarian restaurant is expected to know the difference between vegan and veggie food, and do not put the most veggie burger in front of the customer despite being asked to call it vegan.

This korean dish (see photos) tasted like or maybe better than those KBBQs. The vegan meat even has the texture of real meat. Mushroom was well seasoned. Big portion. They also have frozen meals. I bought Jertie's longganisa, The Real Happy Cow's Rodic's style tapa, vegan galunggong and mushroom bagoong. My favorite is tapa and bagoong. They also carry/ distribute various local vegan products and saw several fresh squash and sack of rice.

a really nice neighbourhood vegan cafe and grocer. my only complaint is that the food i ordered was a bit too salty. the pasta in the bolognese was nice and al dente. i think the sauce peg was mcspaghetti though. i haven't had it in 2 decades but it's what immediately came into mind. the scrambled tofu had great texture and was well seasoned. jackfruit nuggets had a bit of a falafel taste to them, but the overall texture and taste had that umami and firmness you'd associaten with meat. the mushroom gyoza was good but a bit chalky. it was good by its own. the sauce was nice and garlicky, but quite salty.

Try vegan but not this cafe. Opening hours wrong on their website. Shop was unattended (despite being open) when we arrived for the first hour. Half the items on the menu unavailable. On top of a sparsely stocked shop. Worse, items we ordered didn't arrive with no warning or even apology. Zero customer service. Waste of time and travel and gives veg shops a bad name.

Very happy to have found this place in Paranaque. I'm vegetarian but also love vegan food. We had cheesy French fries, caldareta and burger (all vegan) accompanied by a good cup of coffee. To end our visit we had vegan ice cream. This is a small cozy place, very nicely decorated, clean and neat. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Good background music. This nice cafe not only has a menu for lunch, dinner or simply a snack, but also has a good variety of vegan products available to purchase, as well as some vegan beauty/toiletries/house products, some slingbags and pouches, teas, snacks and rice bags for sale. I recommend this place and will surely be back. Thank you. IG: AMestizaInManila

Enjoyed visiting and eating here, even if I am not vegan. I especially love their scrambled "egg" (tofu with lots of pepper) and vegan "bacon" (marinated/smoked? fried bean curd). They also sell various vegan items (food and non-food) so it's like a one-stop-shop for your vegan needs. The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos!

If there is such a thing as world class vegan cuisine, this is it. Every dish we had, from starter to main to dessert, was superb. The combination of flavors and ingredients makes it hard to believe that the food is completely plant-based. Creative, imaginative and perfectly prepared. Also a chic but casual atmosphere and excellent service as you would expect. Be sure to get the dessert trio as a fine sampler of tastes to end your dining experience. Terrific all the way around!

I thought the food here was spectacular! We ordered takeout so I can't comment on the service but WOW. Every dish was delicious, and it was such a treat to have a menu full of options that I can eat. They work really hard to make as many gluten free options as well, which I appreciated. We tried the mac and cheese (very good, though not as unique and mind blowing as the other dishes), the beet poke (so fresh and delicious!), the curry (good, though similar to many other curries I've had) and my favorite was the "breaded" mushroom appetizer. It was simultaneous super savory and crispy, but gluten-free and didn't leave me feeling awful from all the grease that usually comes with wings.

One of the best date night vegan / vegetarian restaurant in Oakland area. This is type of restaurant in which you don’t know what you are eating but it always tastes fresh and yummy. Even their free freshly baked bread and spread tasted really delicious. Date with pistachio as appetizer was yummy. Risotto cake and tamales as main entree was great and enough serving size. We will definitely go again.

This is a somewhat upscale vegan restaurant with seasonal menus, cocktails, wine, and desserts. I've been here for three or four menu changes, and I've never been disappointed. They make beautiful dishes with inspired ingredients. They also offer a three course meal option for around $38, and a sample dinner option which requires the entire table to participate. Dishes run around $20 a plate, and for such fine dining, this feels like a steal.

As a longtime customer of this restaurant (3? 4? locations?) since 1994, I've definitely had my memorable "this could be my last meal on earth" meals as well as several misses, but overall, the combination of ingredient quality, inventiveness/creativity, and price point make this a 5. They have items so popular they can probably never safely remove them from the menu, and they have a core rotation of bases they work from (tempeh, tofu, tamales) that they build incredible, layered meals around with sauces and sides and all-around total goodness. I don't think we will ever tire of coming here. Even if we got the same "base" dish each time, no two would be alike due to their flair for making the most of the season.

Glad we made reservations. It's needed. The food is well prepared and presented. Service is well above average. The noise level is acceptable for conversation. There were 5 of use each had a different dish and shared. There was not a bad one in the bunch. So instead of reviewing each one just let it be said you can't go wrong. If you get a chance.......go.

great little vegan place on college avenue. I love the service, exactly what I wanted since I needed a place to camp out while waiting for my ride to another city. I have the tofu sandwich, which was a party in my mouth, to say the very least. So many flavors. I can still taste it when I burp, which is a good thing. I would stay away from the turmeric soda. Just because you have a SodaStream doesn't mean you put anything you want in it. I'm sure the best of intentions were there.

We came on a Thursday night at 8 to a very lively and very loud scene. The squash tempura, olive and brussel sprouts appetizers were all delicious as was the French Onion soup which we split. My omnivore partner really enjoyed his Juniper and black pepper glazed tempeh. All the sides that were added to the main dishes were generous and so good! My Pumpkin Tamal I found a bit bland. The kombucha was very good. Service was great. We specified that we were there for our anniversary on our reservation so I do wish they would have given us a slightly quieter spot.

I didn’t get the name of the waiter, but he was really friendly and nice. Always with a smile on his face and helpful. Food did take a little time, but we went as the restaurant opened so it was bang on lunch time. Tried the Cauliflower bites, tofu yakitori and sticky toffee pudding, and my friend opted for the Shakshouka. The food was decent, glad we tried this place out since overall it was nice. But I wouldn’t visit again, as pretty as it was — the food didn’t impress me that much to come back. I would recommend any vegan to try this place at least once though, it was a pleasant experience and I did leave with a full belly :)

Lovely interior: airy and white furnishings that lend a sense of calm. I was greeted warmly by staff and the manager (I think) so definitely sets a very good first impression. I popped in for takeaway lunch and had the NAKED BURGER BOWL 14: succulent protein pattie, baby spinach & cherry tomato salad, ‘novocado’, red fox beans, cucumber ribbons, with southern style slaw & buffalo aioli. I substituted grilled aubergine for the cucumber ribbons with no issue. Also had the grilled hispi cabbage as a side. Expensive for a lunch at £18 but so worth it. The patty was thick and succulent and the dressings moreish. I greatly enjoyed the red Fox beans and novocado as well. The cabbage was buttery and charred well.

Quality vegan food, friendly service. I came here with my brother and Aunt for a family catch up- they had both been here before but this was my first time. I had a swede Gnocchi, and BBQ cauliflower wings, which were both absolutely delicious and well presented. We were served by Adiel who was enthusiastic and helpful with recommendations. I would highly recommend this place to any people who enjoy vegan food- or to show a skeptical friend how good vegan food can be!

I want to preface in saying that I basically never review restaurants - but on this occasion, I have to. This place is flat-out incredible. Here's a quickfire list for why: - The staff are super prompt and hospitable - The menu has outstanding variety, and is unlike anything I've seen elsewhere - The food, once served, is simply artwork - My starter and main meal was served to me piping hot, in less than 10 minutes - The food is literally mouthwatering, and the portion sizes are exceptionally generous - For this area of London, the pricing is very inexpensive - The decor and overall atmosphere is bright, lively and very high class If you want classy & delicious food that doesn't leave your wallet crying, look no further and give this place a shot.
