I witnessed 3 of the nurses 'arive and the take almost an hour to be at service and 1 nurse just seemed to walk aimlessly up and down a corridor from room to room just having conversations?? In the time of 4 hours she actually only looked at 1 patient! Im... People often mention wait, hours, room, time, staff, service, nurse, great, hour, waiting,

We were only 3 people in the waiting room and it took about 4 hours to see someone. Horrible experience. Also, the room was full of flies, they were everywhere! Disgusting service, and disgusting place. 🤮

4.5 hour wait from 7.45pm for my son to be seen which ended up being a 5 min job..was seen by a 'triage' nurse who wasnt actually triage then had to wait for doctor..system went down and then doctor had to leave so had to wait for replacement doctor...absolutely disgusting.

I went to the centre at approximately 22.45pm 10/10/2021. The staff were all very professional, friendly, helpful and polite. I was immediately relaxed and reassured. They had every Covid-19 measure in place and were following all guidelines. I'm totally anxious about catching it as I'm on the clinically vulnerable list, but would have been worried regardless. So currently if I have to go anywhere I start to slightly panic. I was seen very quickly by an extremely kind nurse. She had such a lovely caring manner and took the time to listen to some personal concerns and worries and totally reassured me. I can't remember her name, but I love to thank her. She straight away knew what was wrong with me - a torn muscle. I looked like I had one of Popeye's forearm muscles, just on one forearm! And it was a hideous pinkish purple. The centre is clean and tidy and the staff are all clearly brilliant at their work. Thank you to the centre! It's a huge 👍 from me. Our fabulous NHS to the rescue again 👏 Carole

Nice environment but wait times are absolutely obscene. They manage to get through one individual patient every half hour, not to mention, triage staff just aimlessly walk from room to room which seems counterproductive at best. I can't fathom what warrants the amount of time just to see a single person.

I called 111 who made me an appointment at 530pm however I arrived at 4pm as I couldn’t drive and was only able to get a lift at that time. I was seen by the triage practitioner after 1.5-2 hours then saw the doctor 2 hours later. 4 hours wait in total. The doctor was great and explained everything and prescribed me medication which has worked. I expected a long wait and it was full in the waiting area. I can’t complain really apart from the fact you are given an appointment which doesn’t seem to be a point in doing that if you still wait 4 hours but overall good care from both practitioners i saw which is what is the most important to me.

The wait in there is ridiculous people walking about from room to room with their coffee mugs, maybe saw 2 people every hour .5 hour wait and there weren't that many in. The staff are lovely when you finally get to see them but sooooo slow

6 hours wait for an autistic 6 year old not great the first receptionist was great the next one thought would be cheery wearing a Christmas jumper but no she was rude arrogant and a face like she was chewing a wasp The nurses however where lovely when we finely got to see them

Bransholme urgent Treatment Centre is an excellent modern medical facility, very clean and bright. The gate keeper was friendly and helpful. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The nurse and her trainee were very efficient and friendly, an excellent service.

Unfortunately I had to visit twice in a short dodge of time after an accident, the staff are fantastic, offered quick care & an explanation to my problem & unlike my local GP who could not resolve the issue in over 2 weeks was sorted in a matter of hours. Thank you

GP Peter and the rest of the staff were amazing, identified the issue, advised solution, one of the best experiences so far with NHS. Thank you. First doctor who identified the issue- as been a few another GP appointments ( another medical centre) and no success. Thanks again- very great full.

Staff need to be retrained on conducting ECGs and need basic customer service skills. I came in with stabbing chest pain so they did an ECG (which I later found out from HRI was wired wrong). When waiting for a referral letter to HRI, I asked a rude and snotty receptionist to pass on the message that I had someone to take me to HRI instead of waiting 6 HOURS for an ambulance! I didn’t have a chest x-ray there or a proper examination on my breast and when I was given my ECG results, it created unnecessary anxiety. Wouldn’t go here it’s a waste of time and effort and your problems don’t get solved.

Excellent staff all very friendly and efficient, had a long wait only because it was very busy and I was not requiring urgent attention. Would definitely recommend. Caring staff and great service.

Had a 12pm appointment only had to wait 15mins for triage and maybe 30 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner, my treatment was 1st class and thorough. Wouldn't want to go without an appointment though the waiting room was full with people standing I imagine they would have to wait a long time.

Nurse whom delt with us was lovely, thank you so much. The triage lady was lovely too, the receptionist long blonde hair, Christmas jumper, made me feel worse than I already did, thanks :( sorry to have bothered you at work..... shame you let the company down with your arrogance and lack of care/customer service skills.

Took a family member in at about 11pm for a minor injury - we were walk ins so saw the triage nurse first, then treated by an excellent Urgent Care Practitioner who was professional, friendly, and most importantly treated the issue efficiently. We were in and out within an hour which we were very happy with - much better than going to A+E if it's not an emergency!
