Shocking service, they don't deliver your food, even when you've paid for it. They don't have much online presence, seems to be the same ordering via uber/deliveroo or their own website. Just avoid at all costs, even if it comes it will be late or wrong or both.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I can’t believe this place is still open or on deliveroo! You can order your food but good luck getting it! Impossible to get in contact with the restaurant. The food was delayed and then never arrived. They are sneaky and mark the order as delivered so they can keep your money and deliveroo can’t refund your order. Save yourself and your money and never ever order from here

What an absolute shambolic “business” - ordered food and it never showed up. Called 2 hours later and they had no reasonable explanation other than “ You can get a refund if you call Deliveroo…”

Lovely food but for my last three takeaway orders I've either had incorrect items sent or items missing. Can resolve this through Just Eat but it's very disappointing!

Incredibly slow service, missing items which we were advised would be re-delivered, when that took over an hour we called, went to voicemail the first time, hung up on the second time and on the 3rd we were advised it would arrive at some point and were hung up on again. Thoroughly disappointed at the abysmal service.

It’s a ghost kitchen, opening hours are all incorrect so you don’t know where you’re ordering from or is it’s coming

Avoid at all costs - lady on phone put the phone down when I was trying to order 3 times - they don’t do collection just delivery but can’t deliver to me either.. very poor customer service.

I love the food here and the starter combo is my favourite thing to order (the spring rolls especially are really addictive). It's slightly cheaper than other vegan chinese takeouts in the area, which is a bonus. I've never had any issues with delivery - they were late once but were courteous enough to call and warn me beforehand. They even delivered on christmas eve with no problems.

Received leaflet through the post saying 20% off if you order online. Ordered and only 10% offered. Called the takeaway and they out the phone down saying they didn't know what we were talking about. Lost out on nearly £100 order. Disgusting.

Yep. This is a scam. No phone numbers work. Avoid.

Delivery was as expected, food was amazing ! i just love that found this place, highly recomend! Just go straight to the original website instead of uber or deliveroo... they are trustless...

Absolute scam, wish I had read the other reviews here before ordering and then waiting 3 hours before they falsely marked it as delivered

Beware, avoid at all cost!!! Would give zero star if I could. Ordered off Deliveroo for pickup. Staff rung me saying they don’t do pickups any more and pressured me to cancel from my end. I told them they they had to cancel it or I would be charged still. Restaurant did not cancel the order, instead marked the order as picked up after a while! Deliveroo did not refund because of this, spent money got no food. They called the takeaway no answer so could not verify anything, no refund. The takeaway knew what they were doing asking me to cancel from my app and they get the money and if that didn’t work mark order as collected. Dirty little scam.

AWFUL - AVOID!!!! Ordered on Xmas eve, not delivered and 20 mins late and said delivered on the app so I rang and after finally getting through on the 5th attempt they said they tried to ring to confirm the order with us and when we didn’t answer they just didn’t make the food or cancel the order. Called us “silly” and laughed at us because apparently it’s our fault. I didn’t have one missed call and he kept trying to tell me my phone was broken😂 went to write a review and saw others have said similar. What an embarrassment of a business. Still don’t have our food 2 hours later on Christmas Eve 🥲

Ordered food. Called up as payment taken but not arrived. Said they had never received the order. I asked for a refund. He hung up. Called back and line went dead for 40 seconds. Came back swore at me and hung up. Awful
