I
did
go
for
eh
drive
few
a
few
more
times
and
I’m
not
sure
if
there
has
been
a
change
in
staff
or
management
but
there
a
big
change,
food
is
quick
and
hot
and
staff
seem
to
know
what
they
are
doing.
As
others
went
when
it
first
opened
and
went
through
the
drive
through,
hit
how
and
the
food
was
cold.
Now
this
has
happened
on
the
2
occasions
I’ve
used
the
drive
through
and
it’s
never
happened
when
I
used
the
Wakefield
on
that’s
a
lot
farther
away.
We
have
dined
in
twice
and
although
hot
there
was
a
long
wait
when
it
was
quiet,
last
straw
was
on
Sunday.
It
took
almost
an
hour
for
the
other
half
order
to
get
food
and
get
home.
Order
on
the
app
and
she
want
through
the
drive
through,
got
to
the
serving
window
and
no
order.
Went
inside
and
they
said
they
didn’t
have
the
order
even
though
a
staff
member
had
just
processed
it
at
the
paying
window.
After
a
bit
of
back
and
fourth
they
eventually
agreed
to
make
the
meal
that
we
had
already
paid
for.
As
she
was
waiting
more
people
came
in
with
the
same
issue.
Whilst
waiting
she
had
to
chase
them
3
times
re
the
meal
and
ended
up
waiting
over
30
mins
(I
wound
have
been
less
polite
than
she
was).
It
was
t
even
that
busy,
just
incompetent,
staff
and
management.
Whoever
owns
this
franchise
site,
really
needs
to
get
a
qualified
long-standing
McDonald’s
manager
in
to
train
everybody
and
get
things
going
otherwise
it’s
gonna
flop.
I
will
happily
drive
the
extra
10
minutes
to
the
Wakefield
side
now.
