    Sadly, this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to and I can’t see it improving. Most of the time I have been there has been a very long wait (most has been 30 minutes) or they have given me the wrong order/missing ordered food. However in my most recent visit we had another long wait and I ordered my vegetarian wrap only to receive one with meat which I didn’t notice until I took my first bite. Previously I have given them the benefit of the doubt as it’s a fairly new restaurant, but my latest visit was the last straw. I hope it will improve on future, but I will not be visiting again.

    Would give less if I could. Useless. Completely wrong order again. Not one item was what I ordered and took over 40 minutes to get delivered with driver sat outside the entire time. Drivers always have to apologise on their behalf when they arrive. Not enough staff always seems to be the theme. Absolute joke.

    This was our first visit to this particular branch. We passed it on our way somewhere else and decided on the spur of the moment to pop in.. We were glad we did as we enjoyed our meal. I had the bacon burger meal deal and my wife opted for the big mac meal deal. She ordered a banana shake while I chose the vanilla flavour. I had never had their fried halloumi so I thought I'd try them and I wasn't disappointed. When the meal came it was missing the salt sachets and straws for the shakes but this wasn't a problem as a very helpful and efficient female member of staff brought them to our table within seconds of me mentioning it to her. All in all it was a great meal with impressive service.

    Ordered breakfast via the app, collected the order and took it home only to realise they’ve got the order wrong. I had to drive back to get this rectified. The staff clearly don’t care. I understand mistakes happen but there’s something seriously wrong with this McDonalds. I went a few weeks back to buy the 99p Big Mac as part of their Xmas promotion only to get there and find the grill isn’t working but all other burgers apart from the Big Mac is available….hmm go figure. Having ordered and paid for my food (something more expensive than the 99p Big Mac) the grill is suddenly working again…too late now 🙄 I went back later in the evening and the Big Mac isn’t available again 🙄 When you get your food it’s luke warm at best! Can’t stand this McDonalds

    Pretty poor McDonald’s ( From someone who used to work at one as a youngster !) Ordered £35 via delivery, nearly all of it was wrong or missing . We drove to store and asked to speak to a manager who never bothered to come . The young man behind the till tried his best to be helpful . We collected our food and drove home only to find it was wrong AGAIN and Luke warm at best . I would avoid and go a little further afield .

    My good bag was dropped outside by a drive through person and handed to me in a wet bag, all the fries had come out inside the bag. I took it into store to get it replaced. An incredibly rude blonde girl with big lips insinuated I was lying and was very reluctant to hear me out. Food was replaced but I was disgusted by her attitude. That aside, the place is often clean and relatively good but wait times are often long at busy periods.

    this mcdonalds is absolutely disgraceful. every single time my order is wrong, missing items, clap cold, or the burgers are so burned its inedible. staff couldnt care less. if i could id give 0 stars, i dont know how mcdonalds havent done anything about this monstrosity yet. tried giving them benefit of the doubt as its still fairly new but after 6 wrong and downright disgusting orders i will definitely take a longer drive and go to dewsbury road.

    member of staff named faith has no respect for her other coworkers. screaming at one (1) worker there for ‘not cleaning’ when they were. most of the others in the kitchen yap all day and get most orders wrong. sort the staff out here before people just never come back.

    Typical fast food. Not really my kind of food. However, conveniently situated enough route back from an appointment. Food was adequate. A good saver menu as well. Vegetarian options available. Milk shakes, and flavoured coffees, Teas, other soft beverages. Families on a budget with kids can get meals cheaply with Happy Meals. Self service from a press pad to order, payment taken, then food collected from staff members from a kiosk. Plenty of parking space available. Fast service. All adequate enough. Bland atmosphere, usually busy, noisy and loud. Not a place for a chill out.

    Always cold food and a massive wait. As usual my food arrived cold so I sent it back the girl getting me fresh chips decided to stick her fingers in them before proceeding to hand me them to see how hot they were and I immediately sent them back talk about gross. Some big bosses came down to see what was happening and it was amazing food was fast and hot but the minute they left it was dire again.

    Food is hot when it arrives. However, you have to be willing to wait a while, not very fast food... Staff are apologetic for the waiting but after repeated attempts, I am yet to be served in any fast manner. As a result would use another before here.

    Ordered through the drive through. Had a long wait, ordered a Mc Crispy, bread was dry, chicken was extremely dry and cold. Also only 3 chicken nuggets in happy meal when should have been 4 and they were also cold. Appalling service and needs improvement.

    Absolutely livid. This is the third time visiting this place and it will be the last. Third time the order has been completely wrong and third time I’ve had to go back to the restaurant and queue for 20 minutes to get my missing food. Staff don’t care. This place needs to be closed down and nee management found.

    In general terms, this place does the job somewhat as expected. While tables aren't always cleaned and ready to use, service provided by staff is satisfactory, with friendly delivery and follow-ups on extra requests at table. Food wise, this location has a tendency to always forget add-ons during ordering, especially dipping sauces and sometimes even parts of main items for meals. Unfortunately, the atmosphere just isn't there, though this isn't surprising considering the surrounding areas of its location. Management could be more proactive in dealing with those individuals with antisocial behaviors that gather in groups both inside and outside the place.

    Food was all good. Unfortunately there was some teenagers causing a huge scene when we went and one poor member of staff was left all on her own as they tried to push through into the restaurant while the other staff stood and stared at her. When asked why she wasn't being protected by management, the manager asked if that particular member of the public wanted to just get out. So rude, no care for staff safety

    UPDATE: 1 to 4 star, as it in the way home I did go for eh drive few a few more times and I’m not sure if there has been a change in staff or management but there a big change, food is quick and hot and staff seem to know what they are doing. As others went when it first opened and went through the drive through, hit how and the food was cold. Now this has happened on the 2 occasions I’ve used the drive through and it’s never happened when I used the Wakefield on that’s a lot farther away. We have dined in twice and although hot there was a long wait when it was quiet, last straw was on Sunday. It took almost an hour for the other half order to get food and get home. Order on the app and she want through the drive through, got to the serving window and no order. Went inside and they said they didn’t have the order even though a staff member had just processed it at the paying window. After a bit of back and fourth they eventually agreed to make the meal that we had already paid for. As she was waiting more people came in with the same issue. Whilst waiting she had to chase them 3 times re the meal and ended up waiting over 30 mins (I wound have been less polite than she was). It was t even that busy, just incompetent, staff and management. Whoever owns this franchise site, really needs to get a qualified long-standing McDonald’s manager in to train everybody and get things going otherwise it’s gonna flop. I will happily drive the extra 10 minutes to the Wakefield side now.
