Amazing party. Went for the foam party we had a great time. Great venue, great food and just a great party package.

We've been visiting Munchkins for the last 5 years, and my niece absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. This is definitely the place to go if you're looking for something to do with the little ones.

I think security here of the kids is an issue. I was meeting friends already there and although I had a 3 year old with me I did just walk in and head straight to them. No staff confronted me asking to pay or anything. The 'cafe' is reception. It stinks the whole place out when they're cooking. No ventilation at all. As someone else has mentioned, staff carrying hot drinks around with kids running by isn't safe. I'd love to see their risk assessment for this activity. My friends child managed to cause a small problem. She told staff so it could be sorted. I think it was the manager. If the eyes rolled back any further into her head she would have done a flip. Absolute face of thunder on her! If you're going to be leaving certain items in reaching distance of young kids what the hell do you expect to happen when they get them? Do you know where you work?? Sort your face out. The area for smaller kids is not managed. Older kids where all over it causing hassle for adults and kids.

Great place Safe and secure .very clean and friendly staff .food is good all round .no need to book and good prices

Great environment for those just starting to explore walking and running nothing is too dangerous for the little ones so they can use everything there just small enough that it's not mega busy

This is a lovely place with really nice staff my granddaughters want to come all the time would highly recomend x

Attended a 6th birthday party private hire excellent staff friendly and sociable

Recently had my son's birthday party here. We arrived a few minutes before the party start time expecting to be able to set up with our balloons and cake etc. The previous party had not yet finished despite ours been about to start. Nothing had been cleaned between parties, there was what appeared to be cake smushed into the carpet. I asked the staff if they were going to clean up and the response I recieved was "we'll try!" I then saw staff begin to wipe tables however by this point our party guests were arriving and starting to sit down. The toilets had water all over the floor which was a slip hazard for anyone going in to use them. Staff did not speak to us other than to ask me to take the children's desert orders and to chase me for the final payment of the balance which was due on the day. My son and his friends enjoyed the party, which is why I have given it 3 stars but the lack of cleanliness left the adults disappointed as for the price paid we at the very least expected the venue to be clean. It might be an idea to look at the party timings offered and leave at least 15 mins between parties to allow staff to make sure that the venue is cleaned and presentable when people arrive!

Friendly staff and food was lovely for both adults and kids.

It was ok the 2 kids enjoyed it but toys didnt work and some was broken but the kids enjoyed it

Started coming here a few weeks ago, my little girl loves it, theres a smaller part for babies then bigger for older ones, a lovely cafe with nice food and staff are really friendly :) we can't wait to come back now x
