A really fun and inspiring introduction to an ancient martial art that incorporates everything from meditation, yoga, self defence and tai chi. As a complete beginner everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and that sense of community has really motivated me to progress. The classes have developed my confidence and added more relaxation to my everyday life. I'd recommend them to anyone who's interested in learning more.

If you want to try something different that simulates both mind and body, then this is for you. Don’t expect it to be easy, because it’s not! If your searching for a challenge in a non judgemental environment where the instructor is willing to pass on all his experience & knowledge from a life time of Lisha then you owe it to yourself to a least give it a go. My guess is you will love the ethos and the genuinely welcoming students. The introductory starter course if the perfect opportunity πŸ˜‰ what ya waiting for??

This class is great for all abilities, very friendly and welcoming people who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Ian the Lishi teacher is great and very skilled in Lishi and teaching. I always leave the class feeling energised and relaxed. Really reccommend this class to anyone!

A very friendly class. Tai chi is only a part of what we do. There's a huge variety of class activities so each week is different. There's no chance to get bored. It's tough and challenging at times but feeds my body, head and heart. I would encourage everyone to give it a go.
