Very poor service. App was down. So therefore they can’t do anything. Went to McDonalds instead. Out of principle. All stood talking but not very helpful. What’s point in loyalty rewards if you can’t redeem and get bad service?!

Everytime I go in they turn me away for military discount. Machine is broke ? What's the point of giving discounts if yhey do not want to honour them.

Just got a delivery from here. They forgot the 2 x sauce I ordered and paid for. Now eating a dry kfc. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU SEND THEM OUT. Ruined my dinner.

I have never had such a disgusting delivery in all my life.. my daughters chicken strips were burnt on one end and pretty much uncooked at the other.. I ordered gravy.. the pot was empty when I received it as obviously the lid wasn’t on properly so had all spilt over my corn on the cob.. chips were limp and cold.. never again will I order from KFC

I went to this store to buy food again today, and one of the 10-piece mini fillets boxes was missing 2 pieces. Yes, this incident is not the first time, but there are quite a few chances that it happened on the packaging of a certain lady. I hope KFC will follow up with this dishonest method.

Not at all happy with the food. There was bone in my young daughter's popcorn chicken. Staff didn't seem bothered so forced to complain online.

Plenty of seating, perks of being inside the White Rose, quick service, fresh food
