These
apartments
are
housed
in
a
beautiful
old
mill
building
with
nice
original
features,
but
unfortunately
that's
the
only
positive
I
can
really
find
about
them.
My
partner
lived
here
for
12
months,
during
which
time
I
visited
and
stayed
with
him
fairly
regularly,
though
we
both
preferred
to
spend
time
at
mine
instead
since
his
apartment
wasn't
comfortable.
It
was
a
top
floor
apartment
and
in
summer
it
was
far
too
hot
as
it
was
impossible
to
get
any
fresh
air
in
through
the
tiny
amount
that
the
window
could
be
opened,
and
the
bedroom
didn't
have
an
outside
window
at
all
so
it
was
like
trying
to
sleep
in
a
sweaty
greenhouse.
In
winter
it
had
the
opposite
problem
and
was
always
freezing.
I'm
not
sure
whose
bright
idea
it
was
to
put
gloss
floor
tiles
in
the
bathroom
but
unless
you
carpet
the
room
with
bathmats
the
chances
are
you're
going
to
slip
over
at
the
first
hint
of
water
on
the
floor.
The
car
park
is
essentially
just
a
bit
of
waste
land
and
I
had
to
remember
to
take
old
shoes
with
me
when
I
was
staying
over
so
that
I
didn't
ruin
my
good
work
shoes
in
the
muddy
puddles
on
the
way
to
my
car.
Which
if
you
get
there
after
6pm
is
going
to
end
up
parked
quite
a
long
way
away
due
to
the
lack
of
spaces.
My
car
got
blocked
in
on
several
occasions,
which
was
annoying
but
understandable
when
it's
dark
and
the
parking
spaces
aren't
actually
marked
so
parking
becomes
a
bit
of
a
free
for
all.
The
worst
thing
about
the
apartments
though,
and
the
reason
I
wouldn't
recommend
living
here
to
anyone,
is
the
way
they
tried
to
keep
my
boyfriend's
deposit
at
the
end
of
his
tenancy.
I
spent
three
evenings
helping
him
move
out
and
clean
the
flat
and
it
was
absolutely
spotless
by
the
time
we'd
finished
-
cleaner
than
when
he
moved
in
and
we
found
items
left
by
the
previous
tenants
in
the
bedroom
and
bathroom.
Luckily
we
took
photos
of
everything
before
he
handed
the
keys
back,
as
they
came
in
handy
when
Raspberry
Lettings
tried
to
withhold
his
deposit,
claiming
that
the
sofa
needed
cleaning
(it
didn't)
and
the
worktop
needed
replacing
(it
didn't).
5
months
after
moving
out
he's
finally
received
his
deposit
back
after
having
to
go
through
the
deposit
protection
scheme.
My
advice
to
anyone
who
does
decide
to
live
here
is
make
sure
you
receive,
check
and
sign
an
inventory
when
you
move
in
and
take
photos
of/report
even
the
tiniest
little
faults
straight
away
otherwise
you'll
find
yourself
being
blamed
for
them
and
out
of
pocket
or
having
to
go
through
a
great
deal
of
stress
when
you
move
out.
Or
better
still,
find
somewhere
else
to
live
with
a
more
reputable
management
company.
