I’m giving two stars because the receptionist was nice and I rang at 12pm and got an appointment at 1pm. I think that’s brilliant and fast service. However, the doctor that saw my 2 year old was rude! I brought him in for a atraumatic limp for a few days that I was concerned about and he just basically said bring him back if he’s got a temp! Erm what? He got annoyed because my son wouldn’t put the sats machine on his finger. Well obviously, he’s 2 years old he’s going to be scared? Basically just fobbed me off and now I feel the only option is to go to a&e. No wonder a&e is so clogged up because people are getting no help! GP appointments aren’t until next few months and then you get no help when you can get an appointment!!! Judging by the doctors advice ‘if he limps he limps’ so shall I just leave that for the rest of his life then! Unbeknownst to you I do work in the NHS in a similar role so I know for a fact the care you gave was unprofessional. I’m so annoyed. If a mother is worried about her child you help and you reassure. Even if you don’t think it’s anything to be concerned about. How you can let someone leave without knowing where to turn next is beyond me .

Absolute joke. I ring up in agony with my sinuses after my regular docs couldnt see me. Heads pounding, cheek bones hurting. Gunk coming down my throat yet according to their stupid little assessment, that had no relevance to my issue whatsoever, they couldn't offer me an appointment as it was not deemed worthy enough. I said what on earth makes it worthy...I'm in agony! Still wouldn't help me. Ridiculous. & this is why people go to A&E clogging up their system.

Absolutely amazing service today. Within an hour of initially ringing I had arranged an appointment and was seen by a lovely gp and given a script to be processed. I can’t fault them every time I’ve rang they’ve always got me in and been extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate it might have been a quiet time that I was trying to get an appointment but it was done efficiently and I got great care so that’s all I can ask for.

Brilliant service. Went through 111 and had an appointment within an hour. Free parking in the NHS section of the car park, always a bonus in a city centre location. Receptionist was very pleasant and clearly a very effective front of office staff member. Seen by a Nurse (as expected), pretty much on time. As was the case with the reception, service delivery was commendable. In and out in around 30 minutes or so. Very positive experience given the circumstances of the visit..

Was told to phone them by day care at the hospital to get my dressing changed from my operation which needed doing daily so phoned at 08.15 the receptionist was a complete waste of time I was told a Doctor would be in touch to arrange appointment got a phone batch at 18.15 by that time I had already gone to the hospital ward and had it changed then got another the next day at 10.15 again had been in touch with the hospital ward to have it changed again. Is this the reason that there is such a long waiting list for the hospital theses places are paid to help take the strain away from the doctors and hospitals time that they was shut down and put the staff to work in the hospital

Absolutely brilliant. Had a UTI starting Saturday morning . Got an appointment that afternoon. Was seen bang on time and treated efficiently and kindly by Dr Masqood. Prescription given. Discomfort avoided. Quite restores one’s faith in the NHS plus no problem parking. I would recommend this centre to anyone.

Absolute joke, told me to ring 111 which wasn't necessary and wouldn't give an appointment for my 10 year old so left to suffer because we can't get an appointment anywhere and not required to go to A & E

I rang up this place today for my husband who had become increasingly worse with his symptoms over the last few days because he couldn’t get into his gp service. Symptoms included fever and sweating profusely , exhaustion, coughing mucas and pain when coughing. The women on the phone then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t think he needed to be seen (he clearly Needs medical attention you know when something isn’t right) and said to ring the doctors again. Absolutely disgraceful especially when my husband hasn’t tried to get a doctors appointment in over a decade yet can’t be seen by anyone when he actually needs one!
