    VERY VERY POOR, I suggest if you're looking for a KFC to eat at, this is not the place. The service was slow and although there is an eating area, we got a parking fine for the pleasure of using the facilities. It is not a drive-through, so having gone in store decided to sit and eat. When I later spoke to the person in charge, they just started its only 60-minute parking, according to the signs. This was on a Saturday night. So much to be said for a pleasurable eating experience. No, I won't return!!!

    I personally found it difficult to order food. Everyone appears to speak limited English. I asked for large, and the lady put it through as a medium. I asked for a tower, and the lady didn't put that through. I asked for a Pepsi and changed my mind and it very difficult to explain that. The food was piping hot and as you'd expect. The toilets were cleaner than I expected. We didn't need to clean the table before sitting down. There is free limited parking and wheelchair accessible.

    Save your time and just don’t go here. The food is just disappointing. The chicken was soggy & filled with grease. The potato’s you could buy frozen at the store. The workers are extremely kind and patient but the food is just really not good.

    Shocking kfc. Save yourself time and effort and use a different kfc. Something always majorly wrong with the order it’s as if the staff there are having a laugh. I once ordered 10 pieces of chicken and got 10 legs. Tonight’s order had 2 pieces of chicken missing no chips and no drinks, truly woeful.

    I’ve been to this KFC 3 times, each time there’s alway stuff they don’t have in stock. Once was beans which can sit on a shelf for years. It’s a joke, staff are always chit chatting but you can never get a cold bottle of pop even though they have 2 shelf’s on fridge empty. Clearly poor management and respect for customer satisfaction. Don’t like doing bad reviews but if it’s consistently poor what else can you do..

    Staff are pleasant enough, found the place kept pretty clean and the food is well, KFC, tastes good enough. My only issue is the order accuracy which is extremely poor. I tend to pop by once every 3 weeks or so when work allows and place an order of 2/3 meals for my family. Having worked in fast food as a teenager I'm well aware of the process followed to ensure the right orders go in the right bag. Once the receipt is printed, therefore you know you've been charged correctly and that you should receive the right food, then the order should be processed fairly easily. However this is very often not the case here. I've not received extra food on any visit, however items being missing from my order tends to happen the majority of the time. Usually I get round this by emptying the big bag on the counter, going through the items and telling them what they've missed. I was in a rush today so didn't have time to do this and unfortunately it was at least just the popcorn chicken that was missing this time, not a massive amount, but £4 is still £4. My point is that due to this happening all the time, either management have hired highly incompetent order packers (and are giving them regular shifts) or order pickers that are unable to read. The only other alternative would be management themselves asking them to skip items from the orders regularly to improve their yields, but I think the former much more likely. Either way I'd advise any customer visiting and ordering more than one or two things to empty their bags on the counter upon collection and count and check the items out first before you leave so the staff can be corrected more times than not and you receive everything you've actually paid for.

    It is too busy and needs a drive thru. There are too many delivery guys blocking the serving areas. They messed up several orders, and, I must say, though, they did rectify without any problem. The manager is really helpful, friendly, and good at resolving problems

    Bathroom smells more than usual and they gave me only one bean in the salsa for the ricebox, still not the worst KFC in Leeds thought haha
