    Super friendly staff who are wonderful with children. Also you can find great bargains. I got a driving manual for like three pounds. The only downside is that I always buy something I don't need whenever I come in here.

    I went to the Works shop in Penrith today, the young lady that was working there was very polite, I living and very knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to be served by such a lovely friendly young lady

    On visiting the store you couldn't be made to feel more welcome! Friendly faces, very helpful perfect high street experience! Well worth a visit!
