👍👍 This was the best play gym I've ever been to. It's a great view and they even celebrate birthdays! I love how big it is for me and my sister. A bit to expensive but it keeps us children exited and happy. Can't wait to go there again People often mention play, area, kids,

Unfortunately a really bad experience. We arrived to find the place filthy and run down and won't be returning. At £4.50 per kid it's one of, if not the, most expensive play gym in the area but also the filthiest place we've ever been to. Where to start... The baby area full of food waste, plastic bottle tops, crisp packets and popped balloons. This wasn't on tables - it was in the ballpool and slide area. Just perfect for your little cherub to choke on but great for getting their immune system topped up. Some real effort has gone into the baby change room (cupboard). The way the boiler and three temporary heaters have been set up to help the smell from the nappy bin (that is full to bursting from the previous day) waft upwards towards your nostrils, whilst you try to hold the baby change shelf (that is about to fall off the wall) is something else. My 4 year old particularly enjoyed playing with the numerous electric heaters and cables that filled this room up whilst I tried to clean up Child 2. As with all play gyms, you're expected to take your shoes off. I'm particularly grateful for this, as I dread to think of the damage that would have been done to my shoes if I'd kept them on with the state of the play gym floor. A good clean is really needed as we're not talking about a days worth of dirt. This is weeks and months worth of muck and food trodden in. My personal highlight was the 20+ butter and ice cream tubs hanging from the roof. I assume to collect water from leaks, but God knows who actually gets out a 4 story ladder to empty them! I'd avoid this one. Head to the woods instead to play in some fresh muck.

Regretting not checking the reviews on this place. As a visitor to the local area it had been recommended by many people who now have older kids, clearly it was great back then but has struggled to maintain the standards it used to. My son complained it was scratchy inside the play area and easy to really hurt his knees if he wasn’t careful (he is 9 so was worried about his younger sister). The staff seemed friendly enough but not on top of the mess left around by other kids and diners. The bathrooms were not in a great way at all either. I was glad to leave after our one hour play was up. Such a shame as it really could be quite amazing with the location and the view.

Used to come here all the time as a child. I'm now 30 and realised this place looks exactly the same as it did in 2001. Same rainbow slide and the black slide. Always enjoyed myself and would still play here if I was small enough.

I was utterly shocked and disappointed with this place, it was a dumping ground for kids and no adult supervision as they was all tucked in to the cafe/bar. No way when seated at a table could you supervise or see your child safely. There was no separate safe play area for toddler that we could nor a place for us to take our toddler. Waited 5+Mins to be booked in bit no staff on hand. A child soft play area with a cafe/eating area should not have alcohol been served, will not return I will not be recommending to my friends with similar aged children as I felt it was a very unsafe and unsuitable play area maybe OK if child is 8 years or older

Silent area with beautiful views all around. Apparently you could see the whole Halifax and surrounding area. Its not at all crowded. Best for small parties and kids fun.A decent sized hall arranged as dining area, and other side of it is a small indoor play area. 3 minutes drive from city centre but you will be away from all the hastles of the town.
