Absolutely love my Tuesday nights since starting Tai Chi. Our Sifu Jon is a very good teacher & has a great sense of humour. After struggling with anxiety for many years, the class & the lovely people who train along side me have helped with my struggles & given me more confidence.

Having a great time at the Tai Chi class with Jon King. He is a very patient, knowledgeable teacher and I find it a good workout as well as learning self-defence techniques.

As far as I know, the only t'ai chi class in the area teaching it as a martial art. A pleasure to go with a friendly bunch of people
