We have stayed here twice now. Both times the service has been excellent. Booking is easy and instructions are clear. Accommodation is very well maintained and has all the amenities you need plus some lovely extra touches. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. The location is remote enough to feel right in the middle of nature but with great options for sight seeing or outdoor activities near by. We love it and will be back again.

So quite so tranquil such great views so near to Coniston water and Ulverston . On site parking with super clean accommodation and even E car charging.

Lovely quiet location, accommodation was very nice, cosy, well equipped & clean, always a must for me is a powerful shower! This one didn't disappoint. No access to Netflix though as the smart TV is a bit dated

I only do the bins at this place so I can't really say what it's like to stay at but it dose look like a really nice place to stay and it's nicely out of the way with lots of senery and walks all around
