Shocking! Not received food and they are not answering phone. Went into shop and said they couldn't refund (deliveroo) without email that manager has access to who's not in... Avoid at all cost.

If you like your food not being delivered and chasing for refunds this is your place.

So i ordered from this place too, reading Those comments while waiting for my food ridiculously stressin but have to say it did arrive I’m just scared to see if I get food poisoning Tommorow let you guys know 😅

Just received my order! Missing item milkshake. Food not even close to hot! Burger burnt as a crisp. Chips freezing. Tried to contact them didn’t answer. Was late in arriving!

DONT ORDER FROM THESE ACCEPT ORDERS THEN LIE TO YOU WHEN YOU RING AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE TRIED TO RING YOU TO SAY THEY CAN NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER AFTER SENDING IT OUT FOR DELIVERY WHICH WAD EVEN MORE LIES. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEED SHUTTING DOWN

disgusting I ordered a burger fries and a drink and they took 2 hours and the fries tasted expired

i would give 0 ratings . Made the order and never responded i was waiting 2 hours for the order and still nothing happened. Worst experience ever

Shocking. Waited nearly 4 hours. Chased up order several times and the guy on the phone was rude as anything. Eventually turned up and they’d given us someone else’s order. Waste of space that place

worst takeaway ever. ordered at midnight, hasn’t turned up until quarter to 4. Rang around 5 times to chase our order, where the guy on the phone made up lies as to where the food was. kept saying “5-10 mins”. then he rang us back, let it ring for 2 seconds then hung up. when i returned the call he said that he wasn’t going to deliver because he couldnt get through to us. when order came, it was someone else’s order… completely different to what we had ordered. save yourself time, money and effort and don’t order from here!!
