When
I
saw
this
sign
on
the
wall
and
watched
someone
ask
for
salad
and
pitta
to
then
be
told
they’d
have
to
be
charge
for
a
meat
kebab,
I
should’ve
known
this
is
just
a
money-grabbing
gaff
with
no
care
for
their
customers.
Ordered
a
meal
and
the
staff
member
was
polite
but
then
just
held
the
payment
device
up
until
I
asked
how
much
it
was
and
then
she
told
me.
I
waited
25
minutes
for
my
food.
Everyone
else
in
the
shop
that
had
arrived
before
and
after
me
had
their
food
before
mine
arrived.
The
staff
didn’t
realise
that
I
understood
what
they
were
saying
and
even
after
I
asked
if
they
had
gone
to
kill
the
chicken
for
my
kebab,
they
had
still
not
started
my
order
and
it
had
to
be
chased
a
second
time
(the
meal,
not
a
chicken).
They
finally
brought
out
my
food
and
it
was
the
wrong
food.
The
chicken
looked
dry
and
the
chips
were
not
in
double
figures.
Considering
I’d
paid
£9.20
and
waited
half
hour
I
politely
requested
a
refund
to
which
they
were
very
adamant
that
they
couldn’t
do.
They
said
the
can’t
do
a
card
refund
and
are
unable
to
give
me
cash
because
I
paid
by
card.
After
5/10
mins
of
them
offering
me
all
kinds
of
other
food
and
telling
me
I
had
not
checked
my
receipt
rather
than
accepting
that
the
staff
on
the
till
just
wasn’t
listening,
I
got
a
cash
refund.
