When I saw this sign on the wall and watched someone ask for salad and pitta to then be told they’d have to be charge for a meat kebab, I should’ve known this is just a money-grabbing gaff with no care for their customers. Ordered a meal and the staff member was polite but then just held the payment device up until I asked how much it was and then she told me. I waited 25 minutes for my food. Everyone else in the shop that had arrived before and after me had their food before mine arrived. The staff didn’t realise that I understood what they were saying and even after I asked if they had gone to kill the chicken for my kebab, they had still not started my order and it had to be chased a second time (the meal, not a chicken). They finally brought out my food and it was the wrong food. The chicken looked dry and the chips were not in double figures. Considering I’d paid £9.20 and waited half hour I politely requested a refund to which they were very adamant that they couldn’t do. They said the can’t do a card refund and are unable to give me cash because I paid by card. After 5/10 mins of them offering me all kinds of other food and telling me I had not checked my receipt rather than accepting that the staff on the till just wasn’t listening, I got a cash refund.

The worst donner meat and chips ive ever had. I specifically asked the staff if it was fresh. They said yes. And they have literally served me a stone cold hard donner with warm chips that seem to be micromaved. Very very unhappy. £7.50 gone completely down the drain.

Decent kebab. Clearly a place people visit very late at night but that doesn’t mean the quality is poor. The kebab meat is cooked really well and decent flavouring of herbs and spices. The chilli and garlic are flavoursome, not too hot a bit sweet and go nice on the kebab. The pitta is toasted nicely so it’s soft and tasty. They do other things like fish and sausage and chicken shawarma.

I go to a Kebab shop for a Kebab, not for the customer service or the atmosphere. Sticking to the Kebab, the meat was lovely and I could see it being prepared, so happy days. The garlic mayo could be a little less sweet in taste but other than that, no complaints.

Tried this place again as was happy last time, kebab was decent but my garlic bread with cheese was so raw, looks like they used a cake mix??

Do whatever you do but don’t hand them your card for payment. The staff tried to fraud us by charging the wrong amount and when pointed out asked for my card to process the refund and denied it. The staff had a thorough look at my card looking all the numbers from front and back. They said it’s not the same card I used for payment. I only have one card!! Stay away at all costs. Had to freeze my card and reorder a new one just because of these cheats.

The food is good, I’m ordering from this place not the first time, but today I faced a scam, the app was saying “enjoy your food” when I didn’t get any food! No one was trying to contact me and we were outside since we got notification “it’s on its way” no one came, when I was trying to call the place the calls were cancelled, but after 10 min calling they finally answered and we’re trying to convince me that the driver came, and when I said to a girl that no one came and were outside for 40-50min, she said she will send a driver again, and when he came he was trying to convince us again that he came to exact point 10min, inappropriate at all. 0 stars this place is a joke a scam and disgusting. We placed an order tonight it was an hour later then they said and totally wrong order other then the two cans of pop. We rang up after a hour they answered and they read our order out to us we said that’s not Wht we received. They won’t refund our 15£ us so we had to try eat what we had 🤮🤮 alls gone in the bin. It’s definitely changed hands in last few years as I used to use 5 years ago and they was absolutely beautiful back then.

Having ordered here online dozens of times, we were quite excited to pick up some food from the store. However the staff refused to make an item that is available online in store (cheeses chips wrap in a naan) and then got our order wrong, and over charged us for the mix-up while also being incredible rude. The food served was then incredibly sub-par. Staff were rude and just unpleasant.

Tried to scam us. The food was £8.25, she typed in £18.25 on the card machine, realised when we’d paid, pointed out the error and she completely denied it. We showed her on the card machine that still said £18.25 and she deleted it and denied again. They finally admitted it but told us our card wouldn’t accept refunds?? Shady as hell, stay away from this takeaway.
