We stayed here a week ago. Had a good night sleep, welcomed by staff, hotel and room clean and warm. We’ve stayed here before and it was the same hence our return. My wife has been looking for her glasses and 6 days later called the hotel to see if they’d been left there. She was greeted with respect, knowledge and care. They went through correct protocol, had knowledge of them being handed in, called her back and arranged for them to be sent to her free of charge. What a gesture. How kind. We can’t thank them enough. We will be returning in the next month anyway and will certainly be thanking them personally. Thank your staff of premier inn Bradford south. You are amazing.

This was a really nice weekend stay. We felt very welcomed by the friendly staff. We had no issues with our room, it was clean and modern. The only issue was with the meal deal (breakfast and dinner) we had. It was at Brewers Fayre restaurant round the corner. Whilst the portions they gave was good value for money and the dinner meal was tasty, I was disgusted to find at breakfast the next morning, that all (not just some.....or a few.......allll!!) the plates and cups that were put out, were ALL unwashed !!! They were full of grease, still holding the staines of the last main course the night before. Really vile. 🤮 I couldn't eat it. The waiter told me the dishwasher had broken down, it wasnt working efficiently........so.......!!!!! rather than someone actually washing them by hand (don't we do that anymore?????) they decided to put out the plates as they last were. Really let the experience down and Premier's service rating 👎🏽

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Stayed here on 22 July 2023 for overnight stay to attend my neices party close by. Over a week later received 2 parking fines which we are in the process of appealing. The hotel are aware of the issues with parkmaven the parking company but don't forwarn you of this and just give you a website to appeal the fines. I spent an hour on the phone to the hotel who would not help and over an hour sending appeals to the parking company. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.... NOT WORTH THE HASSLE...... if there was a zero star rating that's what they would be scored.

Whole staff are excellent. And I’m not taking away from anyone but the gentleman who was working 14th December around 9.30pm on reception, absolute credit to the company! I’m gonna rate location 4*.. that’s not location of the hotel in regards to amenities, but the area is just so densely packed full of traffic.

This is the second time we have stayed at this premier inn en route to Norfolk. This is the only premier Inn that has once again rung us up in advance to check that we were ok and to offer us some snacks for the children when we arrived in the room. We slept very well and had a decent breakfast in the morning. Thank you.

A great location for motorway traveller, and with Premier Inn you know you’ll get a decent room, comfy bed and (with this one) a Brewers Fayre next door for decent pub food.

Had a nice one night stay here with the family. Was the standard premier inn experience, quite good and price was reasonable.

Sharon was absolutely brilliant, so kind and nothing was too much trouble - 10/10 service! A few things that could be improved; the Wifi kept disconnecting, there was no air con (although we were given a fan, it wasn't the best), and the TV had a dodgy connection. Other than that we had a great stay!

Stayed her for 2 nights during work trip. Would definitely recommend it Positives: - Apart from the newer Premier Inns in the UK, this is probably one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed - Very comfortable double beds - Strong hot and cold shower - large room - desk space - friendly and cheerful reception staff - breakfast in the connecting restaurant is good - plenty of parking Negatives: - not many but if I was to be fussy then not many eateries apart from the restaurant next door. Subways also across the road

Whilst they offer car parking free for guests, the car park is chargeable for anybody else who enters the car park. I was fined for stopping 15 minutes whilst visiting a guest in the car park, I didn't even leave my car, which was ridiculous in a half empty car park. Whilst the car park and fines aren't run by premier inn, it is still the car park on the site of the hotel and reflects badly on Premier Inn. Simply visiting for 20 minutes to book a room for a future date would result in a fine in the post, not a good look for the hotel. This isn't central London!

The rooms; The hotel itself is ok, as most premier inns are. However, the rooms were scorching hot with no ac. The thermostat said it was 28.5°c in the room. Keep in mind this was WITH the fan on, and WITH the windows opened as far as they could. When we asked if there was any way the temperature could be turned down, the staff responded with "well there is just so many of you in the room, that would produce a lot of heat" *there was three of us in a decently big room yet again with the windows open). The problem with this was that when we went for breakfast after leaving the windows and the fan on all night, the room had increased in temperature from the coolest 26°c to 28°c. It definitely seems we heated our rooms from the next building over... The sleep; I had an awful night's sleep. I was tossing and turning all night while sleeping on top of the blanket. I'm guessing I had a total of 2 hours of sleep. My family was the same. This happened for both nights we stayed there. Breakfast; Breakfast was in the building next door, and it was an ok breakfast quality wise, but there was no orange juice, Nutella was hidden and had to be asked for and staff had to be asked to replace hot breakfast items like beans and black pudding. If I were to come to the area again with my mother and father, I would definitely look for another hotel, and if there weren't any available, I would rather sleep in the car.

My parents use this Premier Inn once or twice a year. They were making a 200 mile journey to join us in the area to celebrate my step dads 80th birthday. The day before they arrived we visited the hotel and asked reception if it would be ok if we could put some balloons and a banner up in the room for when they arrived. We told them we would go out and buy some and come back just before they arrived the following day. Reception said not to worry, they would sort all of that out for us. My parents arrived the following day. We met them outside and we followed them to their room, to see his face when he opened the door.......nothing. No birthday balloons or banners had been put up. Not even a birthday note. We felt really let down. To top it off, when they returned home they received a parking ticket from the hotel. As we had met them at the hotel, we saw them type in their car registration on the tablet in reception. My mum called the hotel, to be told that theres often a glitch with the registration tablet when its busy. Such a shame for regular users of this hotel.

I had a comfortable night although the neighbours were quite noisy late at night. The location was good for my needs.

Stayed here for for 6 nights in June, my second stay here. As usual everything was perfect. The best reception staff of any Premier Inn, especially the lovely Georgina who is always so friendly and helpful. A big shout out also to the whole Cleaning team. My room and the corridors were spotless and all the cleaners always had a smile and friendly greeting. Cleaners are the unsung heroes of the hospitality industry - the team here deserve recognition. Great stay, thank you. I'll be back!

I've stayed at multiple Premier Inns all over the country - you know you're going to get a nice, clean room and good value for money. What was different about Bradford South was the lovely staff. From speaking to Lesley on the phone, Sharon on reception when we arrived, Linda when we left and even the Housekeeping lady (didn't get her name), I was blown away at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Super smiley and happy to be there, making sure every person had a nice stay. I'll always book Premier Inn again because they're decent rooms, but I will 100% book Bradford South again, just to go and see the lovely ladies there! Great work Premier Inn - you've got a great team at Bradford!

A good Premier inn with very friendly staff. You know what you're getting in terms of comfort and amenities. Just be aware there's no air con (they do tell you this so it shouldnt be a shock) but all the floors are REALLY creaky so it's impossible for you to be totalyl quiet (or for the people ABOVE you to be quiet)

Another unit I am at, Free parking, remember to register your car on the computer. There's a pub restaurant next door. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel entrance that more round the back. Staff friendly and helpful. Accessible disabled room one is great.

Not too much to say it is a standard Premier Inn. great range of beer and other drink at the Brewers Fayre next door to the hotel. Ther ersturant was pacekd yet the service was really quick and the staff were very pleasant. I have knocked 1 star off and no BBQ sauce and my steak was pretty chewy, I should have gone with the lasagne!

I'd gone for a job interview but was unsuccessful. The place itself is pretty much what you'd expect. I have stayed in the Manchester Airport branch back in May. Can't complain about the service or the presentation of the rooms tbh.

Recently stayed at this premier in and soon as I got there the staff couldn't have been more helpful let me park the coach in a few bays at the back since it wasn't peak times and facilitated my stay thank you Megan for the excellent customer service who went beyond qnd above her duty in making sure I had some breakfast because I had an early start like 3.15am and had to miss breakfast however she gave me a little goody bag with some yoghurt and banana and other bits to set me up for the long drive back to Glasgow. As for the room very comfy excellent shower and the food wasn't bad there either definitely a thumbs up and would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!!

Stayed at the Premier Inn for two weeks with three other coworkers while working just up the road. Leslie, Linda and Megan made our stay amazing! The level of customer service we received was out of this world! I was really unsure what to expect coming from the US, and while staying in a hotel for two weeks can be a little miserable, the ladies (and Asif!) made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. I'm so thankful for their attention and care, from allergies to laundry to advice. They truly made our trip. Thank you!

Myself and our group all thurourly enjoyed our visit. The hotel was clean and had all amenities needed. The staff well very welcoming and catered too all our needs and went above and beyond to make the small kids have a great visit. The highlight of the hotel stay was meeting a member of staff called Lesley who couldn't have helped our group anymore and is an asset to the company. Will definitely come back. Thanks

Everything Lenny said. Clean room, comfortable bed, useful desk with decent lighting (which is not as common as you’d think). A good breakfast at the Brewers Fayre restaurant/pub next door. The most impressive thing about my stay was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I arrived limping (suffering with sciatica) at reception at 1:30 for a 3pm check-in. They checked me in in early and moved me from a first floor room to a ground floor room so I wouldn’t have so far to walk. An excellent stay.
