I have been using Clarence Care for over three years. All the carers have been understanding and helpful. Their care has enabled me to recover from a long hospital stay and subsequent period of rehabilitation at home. I am now fully independent and will be sad not to see my regular carers every day. I would like to thank all the staff for their encouragement and kindness during my period with the company.

We used Clarence Care to look after my mother. The care received was excellent throughout, they adapted well to all changes in mum's health. Every carer was kind, treated her with compassion, took time to know her likes and dislikes. This meant they knew what food suited her, times she woke up, how to wash her etc. They brought health issues to our attention and contacted health professionals as mum's condition worsened. Mum enjoyed their company and they cheered her up at a difficult time. We were always able to contact them by phone which was very helpful. I have no problem recommending Clarence Care to provide a high level of sensitive care.

I'm a support worker for a client of mine, Saf. Since he's been under the care of this establishment, his life and wellbeing have dramatically improved. His privacy is respected at all times while all his needs are met by the great group of carers that go the extra mile and take very good care of him. My mom has been using Clarence Care for the last 6 months. She is very happy with the services they provide and looks forward to their visits throughout each day. As I live abroad, it is really important to me, to know that she is in good hands. They are reliable, caring and trustworthy and I would recommend their services.

My mom says of her carers "they're all goodens". She had a long career in nursing so knows about caring. All of the carers are very competent, kind and friendly. They are punctual and in 2 years have never missed a visit. There is excellent communication with me so I'm reassured and don't need to worry. The day I tested positive for COVID they put on an extra visit to cover me and did this for all the time I couldn't get there which was fantastic. We think they have a wonderful team!

Carers have been so helpful in keeping me in touch with a family member using their home care services. I feel calm, happy and confident knowing she is in good hands while I can't be there with her. Excellent communication and updates from management team regarding her health needs I thank the stars these carers are wonderful. They have provided more than we could ask for, for instance home covid testing, shopping, laundry and some of the best cooks so my Aunt tells me hehe fantastic rating from me and mine. Clarence care is my care agency, positively I feel like they are my extended family. They help me with all my day to day tasks as well as social life, if it wasn't for Clarence care I wouldn't be able to access the community, go to my voluntary work and church my spiritual well being is catered for. They are flexible and available around my needs and are always on the end of the phone. I don't just have an agency I have additional family members. During lock down I have been isolated Clarence Care have enabled me to participate in some training activities which are CPD certified I can use this training to further my voluntary work within the community. My dog Bailey is really incorporated into my care plan and his well being is also considered, I like the fact my dog is also respected.

Clarence care have been looking after our mom for a few months now. The staff are amazing. They are very caring, considerate and our mom really looks forward to their visits. If you are looking for an amazing care company, look no further!

My mother has been cared for by Clarence Care since a major fall nearly five years ago. Until she recently died, the carers were a source of care and comfort which she greatly appreciated. Continuity of care was always sought and this meant mother benefitted from a small number of carers who each got to know her and her needs very well. The quality of care was consistently high and the immediate personal care was backed up by good organisation and office support which meant any concerns were dealt with speedily and sympathetically. We will always be grateful for the enrichment which Clarence Care and its individual carers gave to our mother,s final years.
