When I arrived mid afternoon, without an appointment, but with a huge nail sticking out of my tyre there were 16 other drivers (with appointments) ahead of me. The manager was obviously very busy but said I could leave my car and it would be dealt with. Manager phoned me a couple of hours later to say my car was ready to be collected. I was unable to collect it that evening, so my car was safely locked away overnight and I collected it the following morning.

Arrived for my booked appointment. Friendly service. No waiting and my new tyre was fitted professionally and quickly. Free checks were carried out and feedback given. The Goodyear tyre I had fitted was cheaper from Kwik Fit than any other tyre company. Highly recommended.

i got the booked time for mot wrong due to the clocks going forward. The guys let me leave the car with them and the next day they fitted it in. I've been using Kwik-Fit ever since Tom Farmer was in charge. Always glad to help to sort problems out. Chris at the St Helens branch fitted me in the next day, very well done.

Only bothered about making a sale when I arrived the manager said clearly should of never been put through when motorhome wouldn't fit I was just threw round the back like a bodge it an scarper then declared you'd done all the correct checks alinements on the invoice when they clearly told me they couldn't do it very poor

Fantastic service. Took my car in for a brakes inspection. The manager and staff here are very friendly and helpful. They phoned me to give me details on the car brakes. Front are good for another 3000 miles and the rear are good for another 8000 miles. No made up repairs and the inspection was free of charge! Will definitely use this garage again and confident in recommending it to others.

I took our car here for 4 new tyres this morning, it's a leased company car of my husband's. Long story short, the lease company booked it in for 4 new tyres with an MOT the following day but managed to mess the dates up, the times up and then the dates up again (one date was 3/1/22 but we were supposed to know this was 03/11/22 🤷‍♀️). Anyway the upshot was that the lovely guys at Kwik Fit sorted it all out and I'm getting my 4 new tyres this afternoon as I write.

I had a problem with my wheel and Dave inspected it and there was a hole in the rim(I think). He suggested I get a wheel from the local scrapyard and he would fix it. I did this and returned to Kwikfit and he dealt with it immediately, even though it was nearly closing time. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. So did Mark who was there aswell. Excellent service. Thankyou.

Bank holiday Monday. Too busy to do an emergency tyre change as they were fully booked. Offered an appointment for 4 days time. (I don't live in the area and was en route to Scotland). Nothing Kwik about that. Staff were helpful enough to tell me which tyre places would be able to do the job.

Phoned this morning and spoke with Chris who advised me to bring the car down and he’d have a quick look as they were fully booked for the day. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and He told me to bring the car back in a little later on that day and he’d sort it, within 15minutes of arriving my issue was completely resolved ! 👍🏻 Great genuine customer service and super efficient.
