Lies! Deceit! Deception! When I arrived here, the foul odour of foist and moist assaulted my nose the way sewage pumps through my toilet. I was shocked, horrified, and scared to see that the fire alarm was clumsily SHOVED and DISCARDED in the drawer, in more pieces than Aunt Bertha's Pizza Pies. No beeps or meeps could emanate from it's broken, lifeless body. The desk staff were as sharp as a bag of wet mice. They were a few clowns short of a circus. Filth encrusted the bedsheets, like rust to my bath. 1 spring lay remaining in the bed, like Kevin's trampoline. Yet no bouncing was to be had. You could chisel the dirt off the sofa, it was so crusty, Mr Krabs could work there. There was nothing to pique my interest, plain and bordem surrounded me. This home was a breeding ground for flies, and fat rats from Sweden. They scuttled across with pasties in their beaks. There was no escape from the blue, or the poo. I felt trapped within the fecal walls and yellow overbite teeth. The toilet was cracked and brown, it had more brown rings than a pine tree.

To say that this place is very cheap its services are brillant the popcorn is a reasonable size and the drinks are too. This place is very clean however as most places was a few unclean spots the seats are surprisingly comfy the place is not too tight. The screen is of course alot more smaller than other places but still a good size go watch films the sound is actually quite good. This place is something i very much would recommend since it's cheap and overall provides facilities that are like every other cinema but with lower costs. Well done!!

We visited on a Saturday, and used Screen 5. It was a smaller room, but felt great. The seats were comfy, and the staff were polite. The ticket machine in the foyer is a bit slow, but it worked perfectly for us. The toilets were fresh smelling bright and modern, sadly on my visit somebody had been in there throwing crisps around. The film started exactly on time, and the picture and sound were both perfect. We would love to attend again.

Excellent value for money, clean toilets and helpful staff. Have been here a few times and Β£4.50 to see a film is great. The screens don't hold a lot of people but have comfortable seats. We asked for one of the lights to be turned down after the film started and they did this instantly. Unlike other cinemas I have been to costing a lot more there was no noise from neighbouring screens. Staff are really good and you don't have to pay for parking in The Ridings shopping centre.

Finally a cinema where you can relax and not feel like you're being ripped off. The cinemas are smaller than the likes of Cineworld and the Vue I would rule out going myself on an evening or weekend, however, for those of us who work shifts going mid week through the daytime is a perfect time to go and experience this cinema. I have been 3 times now through the daytime and on all occasions there has hardly been anyone else in. The prices are perfect for the venue and it's decor is top class. The toilets are really clean the meal deals are well priced and the staff are always friendly. On top of this you get to park in the Ridings centre for free by simply putting your vehicle registration in a tablet that is in the cinemas reception area. All in all this place gets 5 stars at Β£3.50 per ticket.

This place was a revelation. Very cheap tickets, good selection of refreshments, screens small but seating is spacious. Parking at the Ridings was covered by the cost of the tickets which is a nice touch.

Cheap, quite well looked after, large modern seating and the toilets are modern and well kept. Generally cheaper than VUE, Odean and Cineworld by about 40% which is significant. Worth a trip, they even validate your parking in the Ridings too :)

I reel-y enjoyed it. Ticket prices cheap and 4 hours free parking at the Ridings validated by the cinema. Staff were friendly and refreshments were reasonably priced. The seats aren't especially comfortable and they didn't fully turn the lights down so I had a spotlight on me during the film but hey ho, overall I would definitely recommend.

Love cinema very clean and comfy seats enough of leg room Only Down side and not cinemas fault went 1900hrs showing of TROLLS (which we all enjoyed ) and ridings locked up and we couldn't find exit easily think needs to be some sort of sign as was quite disconcerting easier to get out if in car

Went to watch Blue Beetle with my 2 boys on Saturday. Staff were friendly and all the food products we wanted were available. Unfortunately there was a fly in the screening room which kept landing on the projector which was very annoying. Some parents decided to bring their toddlers along , which after 30 mins were getting bored and restless so they were screaming etc. There was a bloke in front of me who kept going on his phone this was very distracting. Will definitely come again.

Nice and cosy cinema The rooms are quite small and the screens aren't the biggest. But considering how convenient it is for us it's a definite 5/5 . Always clean , doesn't smell funny and the staff are lovely

Cheap tickets, friendly staff, nice snacks, only problem with cheap tickets come some pretty undesirable people no manners, talk through a film, stink a fair bit. So you don't want to end up getting sat next to one in the cinema will ruin it like it did for me. But the cinema is 10/10 some customers not so !

Quite a few times we have been to the Wakefield one and there were groups of kids and teens being disruptive, we had to leave because we couldn't watch the films in peace, we complained but nothing was done.

Very cheap tickets. Small cinemas which my little one prefers so its not too overwhelming. Plenty of choice for snack & drink & big comfortable seats.

Efficient and welcoming foyer. Staff very helpful and cinema experience brilliant. Only slightly marred by Granddaughter's short attention span so missed half of Matilda the Musical !

Very comfortable seats well spaced so no taller heads impede watching the film. Price is brilliant, far cheaper than other cinemas in the area. Ys side too the film was fantastic!

Nearly empty cinema and four people sat directly behind us, during a Covid epidemic. Unbelievable. Screen was a little on the small side, but it's a great cinema in a fabulous location.

Great value for money, very clean & comfortable seating. Wasn't sure how the free parking worked but you just park in the Ridings car park & put your reg number in the tablet in the foyer & it's feeds through to the car parking system. Not sure what happens if you do a bit of shopping or have something to eat before or after the film though & your car is parked for longer.....???

Very clean, organised and professional staff. Such a shame some irresponsible parents book random seats with young children and then expect to sit together 😑 I would not have booked the viewing if I could not have sat with my daughter! Staff were fantastic, both of us felt totally embarrassed by a parent who chose to use foul language in a U screening as asked to move to her booked seat πŸ™ˆ 😞 ..even when I gave up my reserved seat so she could sit with her daughter! Would return as staff were great and did there best to solve the situation, didn’t want to cause a scene so sat on my own! 😞

First time visiting & was not disappointed. The lady on the sweet desk was so friendly & helpful. Cinema was small but no issues getting seated, all good. Very cheap & good selection of treats, reasonably priced. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the toilets weren't very well kept, toilets blocked etc but not an issue as the whole experience with friendly staff made up for this. Will visit again
