Sainsbury's always good quality, and if you look can find really good prices. Petrol was cheapest price today

Mostly I visit for clothes there. I feel it expensive on groseries specially cakes are expensive compared to others. Otherwise food is more fresh here. No problem on parking.

A big Sainsbury's no Argos stuff on display if so maybe small and unnoticeable. The fresh food bars available and all the items you would not normally find in a local Sainsbury's. Aisle and aisle of options. Good stationary section. Cashpoint and self check out available.

Whilst no complaints regarding usual high standard of foods I have decided to cut down my visits to this store to 1 or 2 essential visits per week. A 50 per cent reduction based on 2 factors: Constantly pestered for money by beggars sat directly outside the store. Security do nothing. To be fair, beggars pester shoppers throughout the retail park. Over crowded parking is an uncomfortable experience with pedestrians walking on roads (likely to avoid being pestered for money) and a mobile sandwich shop obstructing vision as well as SUV's making manoeuvring and vision restricted.

i took my 93 year old Mother who is partially sighted shopping here last Saturday. She had to use the disabled toilets. She afterwards insisted I write a review to let you know how impressed she was at the fact it had full soap and gel containerers where most places do not. The bright yellow decoration helped her see more and that 3 days later in a call from her she wanted to know had I written a review sums up how impressed she was.

Reasonable size store good location, my main reason to vist was the Argos click and collect service, quick service got my item within 5 minutes. The store itself is much like any Sainsbury store. The prices in the store are competitive, usually some offer on and the cafe area is pretty decent.

Excellent, clean well laid out store. Exceptional staff who really were very helpful when we forgot something at checkout. I had seen them being charming with other shoppers.

Great range of quality goods. The TU clothing is good quality and well priced. The food is very good and reasonably priced for the quality.

Another store that seems to be really affected by stock shortages. A lot of the fresh produce shelves were empty. And lack of eggs as seen elsewhere. They have a really great selection of houseplants. Some you’d usually only find in a garden centre. However the staff clearly are not looking after them, some of the tropical plants are in the foyer outside which is too cold for them. And some were so dry they were half dead. Please water the plants! On a positive note though the Asian food selection and selection of Taiwanese snacks and sauces was really good. Lots of things that usually would require a trip to the Asian supermarket. Great to see. Also the car park was well organised. Trolleys require a pound coin to use so bring one if you need to use a trolley.

Actually called in to the cafe inside. It was a disaster unattentive staff poor quality coffee. I ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich only 1 drink arrived my sandwich was taken to an adjoining table even though I had a number I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my coffee and when it arrived it was not nice at all Will Not Return

Great choice of products with great value. Even more savings to be had with a nectar card

We love ings road Sainsbury's..easy to navigate, friendly staff and great produce and prices. Top security guard Mick too. We visit every Friday

Very nice day out for children and adults. The house and family history is very interesting. Grounds are extensive with aviaries and Humbolt penguins. Would have given it 5 stars but the zoo area was a bit untidy and the penguins water was so green you couldnt see underwater. Was that healthy for them? Also there arent enough toilets for so many people. Plenty of gel about though. Cafe was reasonably priced but tables were sticky because they weren't being cleaned often enough. Courtyard also a bit tired. But overall good value and a very good day out. Plenty of playground and room for picknicks. Kids loved it.

It's very bright and clean. The shelves were well stocked with a variety of choices .

Went to the cafe for a breakfast they only do a bacon sandwich in a bag and warm up in a microwave no thanks we walked away not my idea of a sandwich.

Easy parking, basic hot food menu however the menu is at very competitive prices and if your looking to come have a coffee with the wife/husband and a cake the prices are very very competitive. Service was friendly and warm and the restuarant at 3pm on a Friday afternoon was very clean.

I enjoy shopping there because it's very clean. People are friendly and there is always someone at the door way making sure folks are wearing masks and the sanitiser unit is there for everyone. During the pandemic standards have not dropped where some other stores have been too complacent. I feel safer shopping there.

Large, spacious, supermarket. You know what to expect with Sainsbury's. Good produce, large selection & choice.

Great cafe but it still closed. A supermarket you have to be careful what you get as price's can be way to much compared with the other one's. But great quality on own make food

For every day shop it's a reasonable place to shop with free parking and other shops nearby, for a larger variety it's best to shop at the larger store which is not far. Across the the road they have the petrol station whereas the larger store is more in a shopping centre complex.

Collection from Argos. Not ready for us at appointed time, waited in car for further 15 minutes. Upon getting home,message to say it was ready! Another visit following day and additional diesel cost. Staff member not helpful or polite.

Worst company to work for, I had a manager accuse me of commiting common assault despite police checking CCTV and not ever speaking a word to me... You defend your colleagues and place of work from thieving, abusive smackheads and you get sacked... What they don't realise is that said smackheads will be the reason smaller shops get closed and be the reason staff lose jobs due to nothing being done about it... I didn't even have the patience or energy to appeal this ridiculous allegation due to the managers being brainwashed robots that live, eat and sleep Sainsbury's and don't see a bigger picture!!

This is a great place to shop. Very well organized and the staff are knowledgeable.

We were able to get just what we wanted, but then I saw a beautiful blue orchid, I just had to have it !

Need larger selection of birthday wrapping paper ect. Not enough choice for children girls slash boys. Especially if it's a last min shop.

Good size shop, no clothes section though or self-scan units (but you can use your phone app just fine though)

Have been shopping at this store for years , the staff are lovely. But the store itself is poorly stocked , the shelf’s are empty on certain products and the expiry dates are getting shorter . Doesn’t matter what day or time it is , unfortunately it is always the same .

Staff were friendly. Attended to me at first call out and were very happy to help. Car parking was effective and easily assessible and very close to the shop entrance, for families with kids like myself. Shop is big enough to expand into TU marchandise....so sainburys ought to look into expanding at this shop. In all im very pleased wih shopping here.

A warm family welcome by all staff there, free car park, also various disable and child park space, toilets and a lovely cafe also there. You can get everything you need there for your weekly shop, unfortunately no TU clothing isle,

Missing my Jam Donuts. I don't like the chocolate or icing sugar. Every thing reason ably priced. I wasn't rushed by the checkout this time. In my 80s I am a bit slow. Helpful staff.

Although the store wasn't particularly busy didn't have a lot of basic items. No cucumbers . Some items I wanted were very expensive so I went without.

Sainsbury's is always keeping good prices and looking after customers expectation. Evrey week or even daily reducing price on few products before BBE date. There is one think outside sainsbury's a few homless people sat and asking for spare change which is upsetting to see for all of us. I understand that being homeless is nightmares and not easy to deal with. I wish Sainsbury's icould help them even with some food parcel or with any food which close to BBE date. There is another think to help them get back in their feet try to give them let's say cleaning outside car park and around sainsbury's. Is not much to do but if sainsbury's could help this way to 1 or 2 peoples of the street could add some value in to business.. Overall sainsbury's products are on acceptable level and prices. I think woud be nice to have is Taste Panel when new prouduct is landed into shop. At last need to mention that on top shelf sometimes the drinks are not richable . This issue need to monitor better please. Overrall keep up good work, and keep customers happy. This the key point to have successful business. Best Regards

Always a good range of products, clean and spacious environment, bit pricey as is well known. Pay for parking but receipt can be validated to make free depending on spend
