After using the order point, I waited 20 minutes for my food! Because the staff won't prepare customers meals when the Uber drivers come in ( which were loudly talking and swearing between each other) When i finally did get my order, the chips were stone cold, and the coffee wasn't much better, so I spent another 5 minutes waiting to get them changed! By now, I'm running late, so I left with the intention of eating in the car. Only when I opened the share box of chilli cheese bites I found there were no dips that were requested! All in all, I am extremely disappointed and will go out of my way to go somewhere else in the future.

As someone who really appreciates great customer service, I just had to leave a raving review. Been to the drive thru on Hunslet Road, yes there were queues. But I wouldn't have cared as the pleasant happy person that took my order was Heather. This lady deserves top marks and a pay rise of my opinion matters. She joked with me and made my wait worth while. The food was as expected pleasantly surprised by the Steakhouse Burger. The banana milkshake thick as ever but not quite the flavour I remember. Had to wait for my burger less than two minutes. All in all my tea sorted and smiles all round. Thanks McDonald's.

This is actually the worst place to order. I have no idea how can they mix up your orders like this. My mined it is blown away by incompetence. I order twice a strawberry milkshake and i received a banana milkshake and a chocolate one. Is it that hard to actually understand an order? Plus the fact that every time i had a different order they didn't get me the right items or it was definitely missing. Never order again from them.

Ordered many times from the MyMcdonalds app, and unfortunately it defaults me to this one when it’s open. I’ve had items missing on almost all of my orders, and it’s just reached a tipping point now as the main part of the meal was missing this time around. Not sure about in-store, but wouldn’t recommend ordering for delivery.

Food was fine except... HALF OF IT WAS MISSING. I pulled up to the drive through and ordered my food, I pulled round and paid then pulled up to the next window and was handed my drink. As I did this I heard 2 employees arguing and making inappropriate remarks about RACE. One employee yelling "YOU CAN'T SHOUT AT ME! I'M BLACK." The drive through window was quickly closed after this, it was clear that they didn't want customers to hear. So, I waited for my food... And I waited... And waited ... (All while I could see the commotion still happening on the other side of the glass.) until I gestured to someone to open the window. A young man opened the window, I asked how come the wait was so long and was met with a quip of "The foods still being made, pal." Eventually, the food did arrive. Most of it was missing. But, I was sick of waiting so I left to eat half the food that I had ordered. All in all, it's best to avoid this one.

Why at this branch Hunslet Leeds do you have to wait in the car park for simply 1 cheese burger and fries. This has happened on a number of occasions now, it's supposed to be fast food service. Staff very helpful though. Just seems to be unprepared and food always cold. Also previously, when I have gone inside to order as it's quicker than the drive through, delivery drivers just walk in and stand in front of you while you are queuing, therefore, staff don't know you are waiting to be served. All the staff seem to be packing online orders instead of serving customers in front of them!

Never have any food prepared. Every time I go through the drive through I have to park up to wait for food. Then there is nowhere to park because everyone is waiting for food. I only ordered nuggets so but wasn’t complicated. Seems to be just for just eat or uber eats drivers now.

Very busy McDonalds there with delivery drivers. The Kiosks sometimes don't spit out receipts, either getting stuck inside or the paper is out. You get your order in a decent amount of time though Definitely check your order for all the Items you should receive. Easily happens that they forgive to put everything in your bag. The one time I didn't check i was missing a 9 piece McNuggets and only noticed back home.
