Incredibly aesthetically pleasing cafe in the business-y bit of Leeds city. I just had iced coffee (which was very good) but the food looked amazing too. Would love to come back and try brunch

Nice coffee and a lovely sausage and egg sandwich on fresh bread. The service was fast and friendly too. There's plenty of seating and tables outside if the weather is nice.

Simply a great café in Leeds. The food and coffee here is super (and reasonably priced), and the service is welcoming and helpful. Recommended! P.S. Please open on Saturday's again!

I go here sometimes to work, and the coffee is incredible! Perfectly creamy lattes with just the right level of sweetness, will definitely come again.

A great spot for lunch and the coffees are always amazing. Lot's of plug sockets to charge laptops or phones which is always handy. Really friendly staff, will definitely be making this my usual stop.

Pleasant place for a quick lunch. I visited here to catch up with a friend. Coffee and food was nice, service was good. Only thing that let it down is the seating as it's uncomfortable but I imagine it's because it's a small place and they don't want people visiting for too long, it's more of a come and go place. Done well though!

This cafe is amazing! A great range of food items on the menu and some lovely coffees and pastries. The place itself has such a cool atmosphere it’s an amazing space to hang out no matter the company you’re keeping. I had the full English breakfast with oat mocha, the whole lot was top quality! The staff were friendly and welcoming, service was fast and efficient despite it being busy. There is Wi-Fi available with the password provided around the cafe, plenty of outdoor seating should the weather allow. If you’re in the area you’d be mad not to give this place a try! How Nero’s can stand the heat coming from this place I have no idea? Based on this experience I would totally recommend you visit!

I've visited this café several times since return to offices, both to eat in & take away. There is a shortish menu, breakfast stuff, wraps, bagels, salad, soup etc but lots of choice and everything is made to order. Tomato & chickpea soup was delicious and I've also had a repeat order on the chicken, lemon and tarragon wrap. Nice coffee and cakes too. Friendly service - there's often a queue but wait times are short.

Amazing tasty food which is great value. The staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The brownies were to die for, so rich and chocolaty. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

I have had lunch and breakfast here quite a few times. It's fab. Food is good, staff friendly and good prices. Can get pretty busy but there is outside seating.

Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my first experience visiting which is a shame as it looks like a great place. Ordered avo on sourdough toast but was given brown discoloured smashed avo which looked and tasted bad. Also ordered 3 scrambled eggs and toast for a friend but she received end toast which I thought was odd.

My favourite place to grab a breakfast sandwich in the morning. The food is delicious! I've also tried their salads and bagels on a lunchtime which are fab. The staff are so friendly and lovely. I'm pescetarian and there's plenty of options on a lunchtime, a few vegan options too

I have cause to visit the area every few months for work and I always look forward to dropping into this cafe when I'm here. The food and coffee have been excellent every time, and even better, the staff are lovely and the prices are incredibly reasonable. They have a great choice of breakfast and lunch options and lovely baked goods.

I’m a regular at this great cafe when I come into the office. Coffee is superb as is the food and the staff are super friendly. Even when they’re really busy (and it can certainly get busy at peak times though the wait is never long) they’re always still welcoming and friendly. Why anyone would go to a chain coffee shop over this little gem is beyond me!

Been here a couple of times for lunch. Always great food, the value for money is top notch. Staff are always friendly and patient, even when there's a queue. Today was amazingly busy as they have an outside seating area, but for those of us who don't like it too warm, there is seating inside with the air con. Will totally come again.

The best tasting coffee I have had in a long time, served by wonderfully friendly “sociable folk” 😉, in a cafe with beautiful industrial decor and a wide range of food and drink (including alcohol). Definitely worth veering off the beaten track of the city centre for this great indie coffee house.

Great food, cold beer, situated right in the sunshine. Fantastic location for offices at that end of the city. Only downside is, everyone knows it and it gets busy really quick.

visited here the other day with my friend, normally its hard as a vegetarian to find something I love on a menu but had the superfood salad & it was lush, also had the nutty caramel latte with almond milk off the specials & its one of the best coffees I've ever had! service was 11/10! Jason was especially helpful!

Plenty of choice on the menu for different dietary requirements and the food I ate was fresh, local and good quality with lots of flavour. The service was friendly and efficient and the coffee made by Jason tasted great, nice and strong unlike some chain coffee shops you go to. There's plenty of outside seating in a nice sunny spot for those summer days when the weather is nice

I hosted my 30th birthday party at Sociable Folk and it was fantastic!! I was able to have exclusive use of the venue on a Saturday night. The host Stacey was brilliant both before the event (stayed in regular contact), and during the event, to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. The buffet was absolutely delicious and all my party guests (40+ people) were highly complimentary saying it was the best party buffet they'd had! I was able to play my own music through the sound system which saved me a lot of money on hiring a DJ. They also sold a good range of alcohol at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and a perfect venue for a party. Huge thank you to Stacey and all the other staff at sociable folk!
