Impossible to sleep rough here as seating too defaced with human excrement and the quality of women soliciting themselves very much underwhelming. Bus was cancelled due to overdosed passenger. Does however have a Greggs

Buses are not always on time. Besides, it is a pity that the chairs are not made of plastic, they were much better and more comfortable. The metal ones are very cold

Arriva travel company should be fired and replaced immediately! Since the begininng of the year Arriva managed to disstroy public transport in Yorkshire! Shame!

It’s a bus station. There is a greggs and they play classical music at some hours but it’s just a bus station

I AM COMING FROM SHEFFIELD TO CASTLE FORD AREA. INCREASE THE BUS FREQUENCIES PLEASE... NO BUSES PROPERLY DURING MORNING HOURS FROM NORMANTON STATION TO CASTLEFORD AND VICEVERSA IN THE EVENING TIMES. ATLEAST KEEP BUSES FREQUENCY BY 1O MINUTES'DURING OFFICE OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS AND INCREASE THE BUSES DURING EVENING Time TILL 8PM

Nice Terminal, not so crowded.

So much buses and the staff are nice but the only downside off this bus station your need to pay 20p to get in toilets unless they have gone up idk but also there is Greggs in here and when you eat you can see the buses out the window. Good for bus spotting

I would give 0 stars if possible but unfortunately it’s not, staff are rude and ignorant tried to ask for a simple bus time cause it wasn’t showing on the board and they totally blanked joke of staff don’t waste your time or money with this bus station

Would rate 0 if i could but i was with my friends and we needed to get home seen as tho it was getting later in the night and the security called us knobs and said we are not allowed to travel in their bus station because we are kids and left us vulnerable and accused my friend to be racist jenson bolton because he’s spanish which he wasn’t at all he just thought he was been discrimated against. We had to go to a different bus stop and wait an hour for the next bus which only let 2 girls on leaving 4 other girls by themselves and another 3 boys by themselves which is not nice and could be very dangerous. The staff was very rude and ignorant and did not help the situation
