We
visited
the
Liverpool
store
today

and
I
was
disgusted
by
the
service
we
received,
firstly
£270.00
was
spent
on
3
shirts
(
1
being
for
a
small
boy
)
a
pair
of
socks
and
a
pair
of
shorts
again
for
a
young
boy,
extra
money
was
spent
for
the
badges
and
names,
once
they
were
printed
I
was
handed
the
shirts,
the
socks
and
shorts
without
being
given
a
bag
which
was
prepaid
for,
after
complaining
a
bag
was
given.
We
the
proceeded
to
leave
the
shop
to
go
and
dine,
after
arriving
at
the
dining
place
our
grandson
looked
at
one
of
his
shirts
only
to
be
very
upset
because
the
honour
badges
(
that
were
paid
for
)
had
NOT
been
put
on
the
sleeve.
I
had
to
leave
my
dinner
and
march
back
across
the
city
centre
to
sort
this
issue
out
and
by
the
time
I
returned
back
to
the
restaurant
my
food
was
stone
cold.
Disgusting
service
from
the
Liverpool
store,
and
I
have
been
a
life
long
LFC
supporter.
I
expected
better
from
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
professional
outfit,
and
the
store
was
not
that
busy.
One
more
thing,
the
staff
allowed
an
adult
male
to
remove
the
shirt
that
he
was
wearing
to
have
printing
put
on,
very
unhygienic
and
in
front
of
small
children.
