I have been to this shop twice now to purchase jewellery and each time it has been a pleasure. Both times I have come away with what I wanted and believe this is down to the expertise of the staff with their knowledge of products and friendly personality. The prices are also good and I would definitely recommend them.

Had my daughter's ears pierced today and it was a great experience for my very excited, but apprehensive little girl. Beth was excellent, calm and confident, she carefully explained everything, let my daughter ask questions and go at her own pace. It was professional and excellent value for money, 9k gold and sparkly ear rings, solution to clean the ears and the piercing £29.99. Plus lots of goodies like a certificate and stickers etc. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Not happy at all. Was charged £30 to have my chain repaired. Just the link that broke . It broke again the very next day in same place. Inconvenience to now have to go back and wait another three weeks. !!!

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The watch I bought and the brand I chose were recommended by the sale assistant which I found very useful. I took my daughter to tge Wakefield branch to get her ears pierced at their Disney event today. The lady (Beth, dressed as Princess Anna) who did it was really lovely and put both myself and my daughter at ease, explaining the whole process and after care clearly. The rest of the staff were great too distracting my daughter (it helped tgey were dressed as The Mad Hatter, Merida and an alien from Toy Story!). The rice krispy buns and juice were a definite help too!!
