Not bad. £11 for 2 breakfasts. Nothing amazing, service was fast.

Very limited menu. Happy to take 3 items off my breakfast but wanted to charge for substitutes. Food was luke warm and dry, which suggests it all cooked and kept warm ready to serve. Would strongly not recommend

It's good for the half price meals offer on at the moment, but waited 15 minutes to get to the till, then 57 minutes for the almost cold cooked breakfast, will not bother again as it would be nice to get a warm or even better hot cooked breakfast.

Shocking. Had to wait over 20 minutes to be served slimy uncooked poached eggs. I sent it back and got given the same again. What's worse is that I heard the microwave ping so they are cooked in the microwave and still can't be cooked right! The amount of people getting refunded for the wait time and complaining/ taking food back was a joke, I have never seen anything like it. I had a bad experience the previous visit and thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt... Never again.

We visited for the first time and unfortunately the last, the quorn sausages were old as was the hash brown in our full English. Very poor quality food, sad because the location is. perfect.

Terrible experience , this was my second visit to the cafe , fist visit the service was slow and there was a mix up between vegan and full English breakfast, after making a complaint to head office they assured the staff would be retrained and things would improve, on the back of this email my spouse and I decided to give the cafe a second chance, we ordered one full English breakfast and one vegetarian, after 45 minutes we were served two full English breakfast , this was the last straw we asked for a refund and which was immediately given and we left the cafe after wasting over 45 minutes of our Saturday morning, the breakfast is on an half price offer a present how ever the food is generally of poor quality and cutlery is grubby the service is appalling we wish not be retuning to the MORRISONS cafe again.

Enjoyed afternoon tea for £5 for two people will call again. Very Enjoyable.

Found the cafe to be poorly staffed. Tables left piled with plates and not cleaned. Every time I visit the meal I want is not available and several other meals not available. Food often comes out overdone or wrong food given. I have felt ill after eating here on more than one occasion

Picked my grandma up & brought her here as she hasnt been for a few yrs anyway what a disaster to say the least!! first of all on ordering no knifes or spoons or trays when asked for these things they were rushed out some still very dirty! My poor grandma was wiping hers with some tissues! Anyway aft that the 4 meals we order 2 were completley wrong which were changed but i wouldnt of bothered it took 25 mins for them to bring out when it was dead out in there! The other 2 meals that came were unacceptable even the worker there asked me were the cheese was in the toasty?? As it was asupposed to be a cheese toasty & never seen it aft that came bk again it still was not satisfactory my poor grandma used to love coming here but she couldnt wait to get out oh & the chips that came with some of the meals were full of black bits & to get black bits all pver like that the oil has to be really dirty anyway never again ill stick to the thornbury one!

Bacon cold and dried up, very disappointing 18/02/22 2pm. Must be very lazy in the kitchen serving off a bay marie

If you like aeroplane food then you will love Morrison's café.

The cafe opens at 8 not 7 like it says on the website the bacon was nearly raw in places the sausages were over done the mushroom and tomato had never seen the grill and were basically taken out of the packet and put on the plate

Egg white disgustingly runny, Bacon rock hard, mushroom cold and very wet. Beans congealed and cold, toast very undercooked but crust very hard. Tomatoes was ok. I would like to be able to say it was a one of experience but unfortunately it wasn't would not recommend and will never visit again.

Everything was good apart from the food. Spent £3.99 for a bacon and egg sandwich, which I had to throw in the bin. Bacon seemed to be half fat/half meat, and the fat was completely uncooked, just white juicy uncooked fat. Also covered in a layer of grease which looked awful. Bacon needs to be cooked in a different way, as that was shocking.

The food is really oily especially the bacon, egg and beans the sausage is good and the bread but that's it that all that's good apart from that it is bad
