    Perfectly reasonable supermarket cafe. Friendly welcome, good service. Food arrived in decent time and was well presented.     went into Morrisons and just went straight to the ketchup isle although they were at capacity i didn't care I picked up a bottle of ketchup and bite the plastic The plastic was absolutely amazing tasted amazing I drank the ketchup then felt sick think it was blood but probably not ~ I went to the water isle and drank some water swear to Jesus that was piss, or someone has had a poo in it might explain why it was brown juice but sure. Cracking place this gives a big chunges review of 5/10 chungies Sincerly Da baby "Lets gooo"

    Food tastes good. Service is terrible. - You order on a self service checkout - You have to collect drinks yourself at the counter, then you realise you paid for a drink that they don't have - Table numbers are meaning less. You have to collect a table flag and enter it at the checkout. Three star experience.

    What the hell has happened to this place it used to be a thriving cafe ,today every table had not been cleared the knives and forks are always filthy and no toasted teacakes at late morning . My wife went to the toilet and water is leaking past the ceiling light into a bucket. This place as become a disgrace, management you need to pull your fingers out and sort it . Yours Disgusted

    I attended here with my family. Had to clear my own table but apart from that - everything was fine. I had a pushchair & managed to tuck us away to the side. Staff were helpful in helping me choose what to order, brought my food & drinks over. Reasonable prices too. Somewhat Clean & tidy, No complaints really - but at the same time nothing outstanding. Car park is super busy though, I'd go as far to say pretty dangerous. I think everyone parks here & goes shopping elsewhere so it's chaos.

    Ordered online. Said driver was there was 4p minutes. Food never arrived. Contact number said to go online. No way of contacting online. Shouldn't be allowed to be on justeat!

    Just had a bad experience, I come here early every now and again when my car is in at the garage. My 3 year old always gets cheese on toast/cheese toastie. This time when I got to the till, the member of staff, an older lady who clearly was still half asleep or just couldn't be arsed being there informed me that they don't do cheese on toast only beans on toast. I tried to explain that they always did this for my son as its all he will eat ( think they usually put it through as toast and add cheese and then explain to the kitchen what it is) bit she wouldn't hear of it and just kept repeating we don't do it we don't do it. Ended up walking out, plenty of cafes in morley that want my business.

    Dreadful experience! Do not go here if you expect quick service. Arrived and ordered at the self service checkout where we ordered food/drinks and inputted a table number. Upon sitting down we realised we had to then go to the brew counter to let the 'barista' know what we ordered. Got our drinks but there weren't any napkins or clean spoons. Sat there for about 40 mins before our food arrived! Majority of the food wasn't bad but the roast beef is a definite no-no, for £7+ the amount of beef given was 10% and the rest was vegetables! Main annoying points: Why have the ability to order drinks at the self service point, when you then have to repeat your order at the brew counter? They should have the order in front of them already and then serve the drinks, they also got my order wrong and there were also no special beans which I had ordered. Why have the ability to select the table numbers on your order?, when the assistant comes out and shouts the table number/food anyway, and the customer has to then say where they're sat. When it's loud and busy this is terrible. There's no one manning the counter and everyone is in the kitchen, no idea what theyre doing in there! By the time someone comes out, there's a huge queue formed! There's just no process/logic to how they do things, there was a lot of people walking in and out carrying cups/plates on multiple occasions when they could have done all this in one trip with a tray! Whilst we waited 40 mins+ for food, our drinks went cold. There must have only been 5 other orders they actually served in that time! - the restaurant wasn't even 50% full, it was 25% max. I would love to see how they try and handle a full restaurant, it would probably take about 2.5 hours for you to get food. It was so bad that there were at least 2 tables who asked for a refund as one waited over an hour and didn't get served! All in all, probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a cafe/restaurant! If it wasn't for the Morrisons name, this place would have closed down/gone bankrupt ages ago!

    My experience today was shocking. Over half an hour for something so simple. 32 minutes my food took to come out. A man who had only just come in and ordered his food who was next behind us got his meal which was the same as ours had his food within 5 of ordering. How come it works like that? Now I work in hospitality and catering myself.. this was a shambles. There was an older lady who was huffing at puffing at everybody. I even heard her say ‘where are those lady’s who ordered these lattes’ an other lady answered ‘ sat down over there’ then the misserable lady said ‘ we’ll best get there ar** over here then’ Utter disrespect and horrible service.

    Waited 15 minutes to get served - (context this was 2pm on a Sunday) got told they were only serving breakfast (on the online order and pay app it stated full menu) and there was no notice as you walked in - it’s been about 25 minutes and still no sign of our food and no staff to ask since there’s only one poor lad running and serving. There was also barely any drinks available.

    Just a word of warning. Google says they shut at 6pm and the staff will tell you they shut at 6pm. However, they stop serving hot food at 5pm. Be useful if they actually said that anywhere.

    This place is a bit of a disaster, unfortunately. Lots of menu items missing or unavailable, the online ordering system is frustrating to use, and it's hit and miss as to whether it will actually send the order to the kitchen, even if you've paid. Staff are lovely but it's badly understaffed and badly run.

    You will pay alot more for alot less at swanky coffee shops. We had 2 vegan breakfasts and 2 drinks for £14. Great friendly service to.

    Utterly poor service, not the fault of the staff but due to the poor management. In the afternoon there is no one manning the till, although there is a self service machine to order on this can leave their older customers struggling as you have to be patient with it due to its poor connection to the morisons cafe network. Albeit the coffe is good and the food is alright for low budget meals, the best I can give is 1 star.

    A place where disappointment is the default setting. To say that the food they serve is from a supermarket they are connected to, they run out of food options at an alarming rate and saying anything to the apathetic staff is an exercise in futility. The whole place just feels poorly run.

    Absolutely terrible!! The only cafe in the world with no food on the menu!! Feed a family for a tenner, had the choice of Scampi and Scampi….. The cafe is connected to the supermarket that sells the actual food!!! Stressed staff, terrible service, and again…. No actual food 😂😂

    Been here several times and there's always at least one issue. Either they've run out of food, or the till isn't working and they always have staff that just don't care and are rude. If you fidlnd some food to order that is actually available, it's very reasonably priced and quite tasty but you could be on your 4th or 5th choice!

    Absolutely shocking!!! I swear they cooked my meal 4 days ago and reheated it today. The food is inedible, with exception of sandwiches! They have products on the self service machines which they don't actually sell but you dont find out until after you've paid, which ended in tears from my children. I would not feed that 'food' to a dog. The refurb is lovely but at the cost of having to hire degenerates to cook. Absolute waste of money and time and I've had to come home and make myself some edible food.

    This cafe has just been refurbished and it now looks modern and exciting- like Wetherspoons but with out all the drunken debauchery. You will also note changes to the coffee (which is far superior than previous) and the food menu. They have also installed booths which have charging points for phones etc. I have removed one star because you still cannot get a mobile phone signal which makes the community room they have installed useless to meet clients in.

    I have walked out a few times now. They constantly don't have things even tho they are joined to there super market. It's a shame because the prices are good and the refurbishment is smart.

    We went to the cafe today to get sandwiches and hot drinks but there weren't any so we opted for poached eggs on toast and scrambled eggs on toast. We had to wait half an hour for these to arrive whilst our drinks went cold. When eventually the food did arrive it wasn't very warm and the poached eggs were hard. Sandwiches would have been far nicer and easier for the staff .
