A few years ago my partner ordered a Patagonia jacket and a few weeks later, having received nothing, she called to find out where it was and was told that it wasn't in stock but should be soon. The company claimed they were in the process of moving, which is why the website didn't match stock. They said a jacket should be in stock soon and they would send when it was. 6 months later a jacket still hadn't arrived and so my partner got a refund when she called to find out what was going on. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, a few weeks ago, I ordered a Patagonia jumper. Having received an email saying it was being processed, I didn't hear anything more. They didn't respond to my email. When I called, they said they were in the process of moving and would get back to me shortly. I called up again today and apparently, the item I ordered was not in stock and the same excuse was used as two years ago. While I was refunded, I would suggest people stay clear of this company if they actually want to receive the items they pay for.

I wanted to buy separated toes shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size. They had lots of great gear. I was pleased to be able to try on the shoes. Definately want to get a pair. Hopefully I will be able to get my size eventually.

Bought some Danner boots a few weeks ago online. After passing a few emails to check sizes (really quick replies) I placed an order mid-late afternoon. Arrived the next day. Great service, so I wouldn't worry too much about some lukewarm reviews on here (which did make me think twice buying something like hiking boots that need to be right - hence my review)...

Stay away from this company. Ordered two pairs of shoes over 10 days ago and still not received anything. Called multiple times and they only time they picked up they mentioned 'oh sorry we are moving location - we will dispatch today'. Yet the order is still showing up as pending on the website. I believe the items are not actually in stock and that they are misleading customers. Extremely poor customer service and they do not reply to their phone or messages. Beware and do not order or visit this shop.

Went in to find a Patagonia jacket. The guy seemed extremely disinterested in helping me find the one I wanted and spent the whole time on his laptop. Ended up buying the jacket online instead for £20 cheaper. Wouldn't recommend.

Great customer service... I ordered an item and it was sadly out of stock. I got a phone call from the team less than 5 minutes later offering me a different colour, refund or other options. They were nice, helpful and speedy. The delivery was ahead of schedule. Great stuff.

Fantastic experiance . I needed to ask questions about the product via email and had a fast response even on a Sunday. I ordered the Patagonia Fleece and received it within 24 hours . the product a Patagonia Retro Pile fleece jacket , is amazing, fantastic quality and firs really well. I'm so pleased I got in contact with Wayne and reassured myself and made the purchase. I will be shopping with naked ape again and I would certainly recommend them.

Following a large online order I had to return a few expensive items - unfortunately they didn't arrive back at the shop and I couldn't prove I had posted them as I lost my tracking receipt. All is lost I thought.... but no, without any argument, and as a gesture of good will, I received a full refund immediately. So impressed with the customer service and will definitely online shop here again...

Avoid. I ordered a jacket which looked like it was in stock on the website. When there was no sign of it after a week I tried to contact Naked Ape. No response to two emails and the phone was never answered. Eventually got through after a week of trying. The jacket was out of stock yet they had charged my card. I have used them and recommended them in the past but would not use in the future.
