After reading some terrible reviews regarding the Q-park Piazza car park, and seeing many pictures posted of broken windows etc. I chose to park here instead as the reviews seemed much better. I was still a little apprehensive and had some concerns about the security of my vehicle. However the car park was well lit and seemed secure enough. There were plenty of spaces available and mostly of a sensible size to suit larger vehicles. I pre booked the parking and drove in and out successfully using just the number plate recognition. My car was parked here for 3 days with no issues. I'd happily use this car park again.

EV chargers are not in service and have not been for months. Despite the signage, photos online and information on their websites, etc the EV chargers provided by Franklin Energy (next to the entrance) do not work. And haven't done for months. Moreover, when I called for help via the car park intercom, the staff said it was nothing to do with them. I called the charger provider who said they have been offline for months. I complained to Q-Park and they fobbed me off.

Good car park in centre of Manchester. Not the easiest to drive to but clean and well looked after.

We used this for a long stay while taking a few days holiday. Very close to Piccadilly station -5 minutes walk. Easy to get in and out. Clean and safe.

I had a meeting in central Manchester, so the location was perfect. I paid in advance (it has number plate recognition) and once inside, I found a good spot next to the lifts. This helped as I was running late and didn't have to spend ages looking for a spot, and the space was easier to park in. It's not exactly cheap, I was the 4-5 hours and paid £14 I think (although I've been twice since and the price has increased). When you exit there are a few shops, which seem pleasant, and a coffee shop too, just in case you need to refuel. Perhaps I'll try next time. As I approached it, the guy in there locked the door just as I got to it, like I was invisible (it was obviously closing time) 🤨

We had planned to travel from Yorkshire to Manchester to meet friends on the train….but there were none! I quick google search of Manchester City centre car parks showed many poor reviews with reviews of this one giving me hope. We booked online the day before travelling and it was quick and simple. Instructions were clear. Registration recognition allowing us in and out very easily. Easy to find and to access and exit, near to the centre and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Parked here Friday 5th Jan at 18:55 until Sunday 7th Jan 12:30 whilst staying at the hotel next door. Website said maximum £18.50 per 24 hours. On leaving the ticket cost me £50! Thats extortionate. They also have stopped offering the hotel guest parking discount. Website has since been altered to £25 per 24hr. Weekend rate does not start until Saturday. Most people consider that a weekend starts Friday evening. In comparison, I can stay in Q park, Leeds Armouries, Friday evening until Sunday Morning for £20. I will not be paying this again.

First time I’d parked my pride and joy in a multi story. Lots of good ends spots to avoid door bangers. Booked in advance. Entry and Exit procedure as easy as it comes.

EXPENSIVE Manchester Piccadilly Parking. Sign says £2.50 per hour weekdays , ,,£7.50 for 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. We entered carpark at 9.30pm on Friday evening, exited on Sunday around noon. We were expecting 3 hours at £2.50 per hour ,for the remainder of Friday Evening =£7.50.. plus £7.50 for Saturday plus £7.50 for Sunday , making a total of £22.50. BUT WE WERE CHARGED £44 BY THE MACHINE. Apparently hidden in the small print of the terms and conditions of the parking company, the reduced fees of £7.50 per 24hours on Saturday and Sunday do not count if you enter before 00.01 on Saturday morning!!!!! Will never use again , signage misleading. Contacted their customer services, just keep referring me to their Terms and Conditions on their website. The more I read the machine information, as shown in photo, the more I want to pass on to trading standards.

Good safe garage. Can book online which means you don’t need to worry about a ticket. Quite expensive but it’s very secure and right in the middle of the city, and much cheaper than paying for parking at the airport!

Great experience apart from the barrier did not seem to recognise my number plate after pre booking my parking in advance. All good apart from that.

We used this car park for the first time today and found it to be great, plenty of room and well signposted. On leaving we had an issue with the ticket machine, however, Ojo who works there was straight on hand and helped us resolve the problem quickly and with brilliant customer service. I’d definitely recommend the car park, which is supported by brilliant staff.

This was the first time that I used a car park in Manchester city centre. Checked in early morning. Location is convenient, very short walk to Piccadilly train station (the reason I made the booking was because I didn’t want to walk to the station in the dark to catch the very early train). Didn't even need to roll down the car window, it scans your registration plate when drive in and exit the facility, nice and easy. Building illuminated well. Felt safe. I will use it again.

Firstly, the 15pc discount for staying in a local hotel doesn't apply correctly. I had to intercom through to help at the machine; they made a manual adjustment, so the machine claimed to be deducting the 15pc, but then it still took the full amount from my account without warning. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth - apparently the car reg, date, and value of the transactions aren't enough - I also have to provide a virtual card number that neither G-Pay or my Bank are able to supply. Secondly, signage is clear there is a max £22 charge per 24 hour period. I've been overcharged because I exited and re-entered within this period. It does NOT say max £22 charge per visit per 24 hour period. Customer support won't refund. Park if you want but don't expect to receive any of the promised discounts or capped charges, and expect a world of pain if you attempt to get a refund. I'm attempting a charge back and after that will try small claims.

Absolute shambles of a car park. Had a pre booked space for yesterday. Upon arrival all spaces were taken and none available. Having managed to finally get hold of customer services, got told that ‘this can happen and I will have to park elsewhere’. This is not acceptable when a place has been pre booked and paid for, and also hugely inconvenient when I had an event to attend. I use other Q-Parks regularly and never had this problem. Avoid this one though.

Close to Picadilly, easy to find. Used it over a bank holiday weekend and it wasn't busy, we were able to park really near the the entrance. It's close to nearly everywhere in the centre. We pre-booked on the Q park website, and this is the cheapest Q park in the centre. Really easy to get in and out as it uses number plate recognition.

Total rip off. Machine doesn’t give receipts as well. It’s really difficult to find the exit out, on foot. There’s toilets, guess what? Locked.
