I
came
across
motive8
after
googling
‘gym
classes
Leeds
city
centre’.
Little
did
I
know
8
months
later
I
would’ve
completed
2
x
do
it
in
12
plans
and
be
a
regular
gym/class
go’er
at
motive8.
Best
thing
I’ve
ever
done!
I
gained
almost
2
stone
during
lockdown
and
just
gave
up
looking
after
myself.
I
felt
lathargic,
unhappy
in
my
clothes
and
my
excuse
to
everything
was
‘cba’.
Once
I
got
back
into
the
office
I
decided
to
attend
couple
of
motive8
classes
to
try
get
back
into
a
routine
and
I
loved
them
-
the
environment
was
so
welcoming
and,
although
the
classes
were
tough,
you
could
go
at
your
own
pace.
After
doing
one
of
Kate’s
classes,
I
decided
to
approach
her
about
PT.
I
felt
like
I
needed
some
structure
and
accountability.
My
‘new
year
new
me
goal’
for
2022
was
to
get
back
to
my
prelockdown
self,
but
every
couple
of
weekends
I
failed.
Kate
and
I
discussed
my
goals
and
I
took
the
plunge
with
the
do
it
in
12
plan
(details
on
the
website
-
I’d
recommend
investing
in
yourself
if
you
have
a
specific
goal
-
you
won’t
regret
it).
My
primary
goal
was
weight
loss,
but
Kate’s
PT
sessions
made
me
actually
enjoy
the
process
(something
I
never
thought
I’d
say!).
I’ve
always
dreaded
exercise
and
had
the
attitude
of
‘let’s
just
get
it
done’.
I
don’t
know
if
it’s
how
hard
Kate
made
me
work
or
how
funny
she
is
-
but
I
actually
looked
forward
to
the
GYM!!
As
well
as
smashing
my
weight
loss
goals,
I
felt
like
I
was
learning
a
lot
and
my
goals
developed.
I
decided
to
do
another
12
week
plan
as
I
wanted
to
become
more
confident
and
focus
on
strength.
After
completing
the
second
do
it
in
12
(only
a
few
days
ago)
I
felt
like
I
can
now
go
it
alone
(although
i’m
really
going
to
miss
PT’ing
with
Kate).
I’d
recommend
motive8
to
anyone
no
matter
what
your
goals
-
it’s
a
quiet
gym
with
someone
around
to
always
help
you.
The
classes
are
intimate
so
you
get
to
know
other
members
well,
who
are
all
friendly
and
there’s
no
pressure.
If
you’re
considering
PT,
i’d
recommend
the
do
it
in
12
plan
(and
Kate
as
the
trainer
-
although
I
am
bias!).
If
you
have
a
goal
in
mind,
this
is
the
plan
for
you.
It’s
broken
down
into
3
x
training
cycles
so
it
keeps
everything
fresh
and
that
you
don’t
loose
motivation.
I’ve
hit
all
my
targets
and
couldn’t
have
done
it
without
Kate’s
help
and
support,
so
thank
you!
I
don’t
think
this
will
be
the
end
of
PT
with
Kate
but
wish
me
luck
on
trying
it
alone…
