Floor manager walking around trying her best to look busy while I stand in the queue and count 37 people waiting while two staff struggle on the tills nd staff member Ben behind the tills does his best to take as long as possible peeling labels off hangers. Management needs a review

Always manage to pick up a few items from here. However we went on the hottest day of the year and it was rather toasty in the store!

Queues were too long to check out. There's about 10 tills but only 3 were staffed with a queue all the way to the back of the downstairs. This is the norm for this Primark it seems even in the middle of the day on a weekday. Generally I love Primark but I'm not going to wait over half an hour to buy a couple of t-shirts when I can spend an extra quid or two elsewhere and queue for a minute and be on with my day. Could do with an express lane for people with a couple of items, or more staff available to jump on the tills.

Oh do like a rummage in primarnie sometimes drop.on somert really cute this one as more in then wakefield but not as much as leed trinity why when u ask staff if they have somert its no go to trinity or Manchester no I came her for free parking god 🤔

Great shop and the staff are always so friendly. Always have some good items here. The only downside side is that the women's sections here are always bigger and better than the mens. This is why it's 4 star not 5 for me .

Well it's Primark so obvs busy and generally terrible haha! I liked the guy letting everyone know which till was free he was very friendly and smiled at everyone. The knit wear at the mo is rubbish. Bth this unit needs to be bigger. X

Sometimes there isn't anything I like It's been like that for me at most places I visited recently Nevertheless there's always GOT TO BE a Primark I cannot pass the place without having a look in Always 5 star Good pleasant customer service makes it fun to visit

Surprisingly not too busy and no long wait to pay. Managed to pick up 3 surprise gifts for my wife at a reasonable price and she loved them.

I stopped visiting too often like I did in past. Hardly any larger sizes left both in clothes and shoes.... Prices vary. Some still good but some went up a lot so for some items there is quality competition else where unfortunately. Still love night and lounge wear.... wish they had more bigger sizes. Can hardly find xl nightie....zillion of small sizes available tho.

Great prices and great clothes range only thing is there wasn't a decent coat I liked or the type I wanted.

Great shop. Cheap. Affordable. Stylish. Quite big however the only downside is the sizing of all of the clothing. Some are quite baggy and there’s a lot of one size rather than multiple

I needed a Xmas jumper fast and as I was nearby...not the greatest selection but time was pressing. £8 later I have a Xmas jumper. Why 4 and not 5? The queues were huge and there was stock all over the floor (what's wrong with people...can't they pick up what they've dropped or put them back properly). I felt sorry for the floor staff having to go round and fix everything.

I love it. We need one Primark in Dewsbury or batley. Primark Is far from us .so many customers here but no Primark. Please open new shop here .

Well it's pri armani if you bought the correct size your buggered get bigger so when you was it shrinks to your size

Primark was primark .must admit its very rare I go to primark. got nice jumpers from there and there have lasted a long time. my last visit on Wednesday was for underwear. which I like 👍

Went Christmas shopping to White Rose, called into Primark. Got some lovely clothes/stocking fillers in at a good price. Got a lovely Christmas jumper for £7.00! Shopping done.

Small shop but can find everything what you need. Always clean and tidy. Staff nice and friendly. Was lot of people that time when we been. But always primark busy😊

Good value for money and despite the queues looking long they go down quite fast as the staff are really effective and also really helpful if you need advice.

What is going wrong with the mens department..over priced and cut the range. Not much choice..building is far to hot and the que is far to long..staff are rude and very unhelpfull

Good shop, but it needs top up regularly due to high turnover. Sometimes u might find an almost empty shelves or only one size of a cloth as they are all gone. I recommend to check regularly and top up things. Good sales

Clothing, shoes, gifts and a few items for the home are available at very modest prices. The store is well stocked and neatly organised, however it is also usually very busy. The store is located on two levels. There are escalators and a lift for customers. The staff here are polite and efficient. There is free car parking to the rear of the store on the ground floor.

Nobody can say a bad thing about Primark. It doesn't matter if it is the one in Leeds or Kingswood near Hull they are second to none.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My 12 year old daughter bought a top out of her own money which was on the wrong sized hanger, we took it back still with tags on to exchange towards a £50 + purchase & they refused saying no exchange without a receipt! She's 12, & was gutted that she had lost her money. What 12 year old thinks to jeep a receipt & primark are trying to make out they are eco friendly? The top is only useful for the bin or charity. Disgusting
