Love going here when in Leeds. Nice atmosphere and good music generally. Never any problem. Unfortunately I cant go anymore as they have replaced the Kirstall Brewery Virtuous with Pilsner. Virtuous is gluten free Pilsner is not so no beer on pump that I can drink. Sad that they didn't think that through.

By far the best independent bar in Leeds! What a cracking little place with live music, a great atmosphere and top notch customer service! Oh and the pizzas are to die for!!

One of my favourite places for drinks in Leeds. Relaxed, cozy vibe until the music starts - then it's great dancing all the way through! Tasty pizzas on offer too!

I love this pizza! We rocked in about 10.30 on a Wednesday and loved the fact the kitchen was still open so made the most of beer and pizza for a tenner and it was delicious. A great deal considering I had paid nearly £8 for small fries and sauce with no drink somewhere else in Leeds.

Sela bar is a must go! Support your independents! Their £10 pizza and a pint deal (not sure of times) is flying under the radar and it needs to be heard more. They also do GF bases! Pictured is a half eaten GF olives pizza. One of the best gf bases I’ve had so bar. Not horribly dry or dense like most. You can sit outside on the street and people watch too. Good pints and always good live music.

I actually like the Sela bar its just the music!!. I went in on Halloween weekend because last years Stranger Things Halloween party was absolutely brilliant. Although there were people dressed up, there wasn't one known tune played, just the usual indulgent music from the DJs who never seem to care what people wanted to hear, just what they want to play. If you think I'm wrong, get someone to go upstairs and listen to the people talking in the toilet area. Needless to say, we didn't stay very long.

Nice ambience and good location. Basic drinks selection on draught peroni at best, okay. Improve drinks menu and would make a good addition to North bar next door.

Just popped in for a few of my favourite Ciders. Bonus that there was a good live Jazz band on as I supped...

Throughout the years this pub has been a pillar of the Leeds community. Well located, great staff and a wonderful place to hide from reality.

I love a venue that focuses on a few items and does them really well. This is such a place. Beer, Pizza, and Jazz. No frills, just great execution and great atmosphere.

Great vibe and music. Although I was with great people so maybe was predisposed to having a good time. You need to like to dance though I think to really enjoy this place.

Lovely stone baked pizza, great selection of house beers, wines and cocktails. Fantastic jazz nights and open Mikes. Funk evenings in a relaxed and chilled venue. Fab.

Nice little bar for beer, cocktails and more. Friendly staff. They have live bands on multiple times a week with different genres and tastes catered for. Good place for a dance and drink. They serve some pretty tasty pizzas as well. Definitely recommend.
