    I honestly can't thank the guys enough at PT Health Solutions. They have literally changed my life for the better. I am the lightest I have been in years and definitely the healthiest. The happy and positive staff really do make you feel welcome and talk you through what is best for you. It truly is unlike any other gym I have ever been to. The equipment is up to date and they have everything you could possibly need to ensure you get the best results from your work outs. With a cardio room, weights room and a room for the sessions you can work out in your own time and at your own pace. If you prefer not to work out alone the daily sessions throughout the day and evenings are fun but really do get you sweating and feeling the burn whilst meeting new people along the way! I love these guys!

    Having found PT Health by searching online for a trainer with experience in back injury rehab, I decided to give them a go for a few months. That soon became two years, and I can happily say it’s been completely worth it. The gym itself is a friendly, non-threatening environment, and the trainers are knowledgable, encouraging and easy to work with. The holistic approach of their personal training programmes not only gets results but does so in a way that’s sustainable and actually enjoyable. The evidence speaks for itself really — in my time there my back has improved hugely, from a point where I could barely do any physical exercise at all, to now being able to run 10k for fun. I’d wholeheartedly recommend PT Health to anyone looking to get results, whether it’s for injury rehab, aesthetics, or just generally pursuing a healthier lifestyle.

    I have used the gym at PT Health since it opened and have been very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the staff. The training plans are prepared to suit my needs and goals and the trainers ensure that I train in a safe and effective manner. It is also great to get individual personal training sessions so that the gym and all the equipment are just for your own use during your designated training slot.

    I've had Cheryl as a PT for 6 months now and seen amazing results, she will provide you with your own personal training programmes to help you focus on your key goals and get great results ! It's the perfect place if you're looking to do you personal training sessions in a smaller more personalised gym. I would highly recommend them to anyone :)

    If you're thinking 'should I?' - yes, you should. I'm not athletic, never have been and really needed help making exercise work for me as part of normal daily life! I got Costas as a PT who was AWESOME. He adapted his style of coaching to what worked best for me - always understanding what sort of week I was having and where I could push myself more, or where I needed to ease off to prevent injuries. It's been a life changer for me - such a professional and support service. Just do it - you won't regret it.

    I've been doing the online sessions at PT Health throughout lockdown. They are on point at targeting all key muscle groups with both strength & cardio style HIIT workouts that are always fun & varied. Kept me lean & (when I've been on it daily) ripped too. Such a friendly group with great banter. Also really helpful times of the day (early morning or lunchtime) so fit round my work and home life.

    Really happy to have found PT Health. The gym has everything I could need equipment wise and is very well looked after. Cheryl is a super trainer to work with. I am able to train easily around my schedule and Cheryl’s experience and expertise in spotting areas to work on that aid and support my goals is crucial. The attention to detail and personalised training programs have been helping me achieve noticeable results already in my physique, fitness and posture.

    PT Health offers a range of options from unlimited group classes through to providing tailored one to one sessions. The group classes are great and so much more fun than training alone. The trainers, Ross and Cheryl, are professional, very knowledgeable and always on hand to give assistance and fitness advice to help you achieve your goals. There’s always a good atmosphere and the other class members are also supportive. I’d been a member of a few high street gyms in the past but, like hundreds of other people, my initial enthusiasm waned after a couple of weeks and I gave up having achieved nothing. I joined PT Health almost two years ago and have never looked back. For the first time I don’t see health and fitness as a chore but something I look forward to and enjoy- it’s just become part of my normal routine. I can quite honestly say I have never been fitter or felt better.

    I joined PT-Health in early 2014, in my opinion it's the best thing I ever did. The difference in me is great and the amount of people who have commented on my transformation is really overwhelming. I feel in the best shape ever! Unlike other gyms that I had joined before where the staff were unhelpful and miserable which would make anyone feel de-motivated. I find the trainers at PT-Health supportive, encouraging and friendly, along with the other clients that go they're so friendly too, it's an all-round great atmosphere. I attend most of the weights and cardio classes everyday through the week, it's a great mix of training and the class times are great for flexibility for lunch time classes, even morning and evening classes. Anyone thinking of joining a gym or signing up with a PT trainer, I'd definitely recommend PT-Health :)

    I joined PT Health over 5 years ago and it revolutionised my lifestyle, I was unfit overweight, and under exercised and set myself a target to loose at least stone in a couple of months. After just over 3 months later thanks to the tough but enjoyable and rewarding training sessions, the great dietary and nutritional advise I had lost 3.5 stone in weight and had by buy a whole bunch of new clothes !! The trainers at PT, Ross, Cheryl & Darren are very friendly, very professional and hugely knowledgeable they really do know their stuff. If you want to put the effort in and follow their advise you will succeed and archive your goals guaranteed ! Now nearly 6 years on I'm still 3.5 stone lighter, fitter leaner and stronger than I have been in the last 15 years and feel a totally different person and I'm all the better for it.

    I have been going to PT Health for 5 years now. The team there are great, always happy to offer advice and support. The classes they offer are brilliant and varied with a qualified CHEK trainer to ensure that your technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. The gym has all the equipment you need to get a full body workout if you prefer the train alone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    I love my PT sessions with Cheryl! I'm really impressed with how Cheryl adapts to my needs and goals, and also makes sure there's variety in my programmes to keep me motivated. My pup also comes along for a workout - so happy to have found a dog friendly gym :)
