Terrible experiance with Pentagon Scunthorpe. We purchased the car during covid restrictions so we were not able to view the car. We did a video with the sales rep and numorous emails and conversations in which nothing was said about the damage to the car. When it was delivered to us the car was filthy which I was unhappy about as we were unable to my make a decision on the car. The next day i had it cleaned and the wheels needed 3 applications of commercial alloy wheel cleaner. The windscreen was badly scratched (something that cannot be repaired so would need a new windscreen) There were chips and scratches on more than 1 part of the vehicle. ------------ Fast forward just 8 months and we had the car looked at by the local pentagon dealer because we were having dangerous condensation issues. The dealer diagnosed that the aircon system wasn't working and needed a full regas and the pollen filter was blocked. More was said which I can't elude to but its obvious the dealer hadn't serviced the car fully before delivering to us as my wife has only done 3000 miles in it! Overall very poor and they even failed to return the call from the sister group company to cover all or part of the cost! AVOID

Viewed car on internet. After asking several questions Karl offered to send video of it within half hour. Sure enough I received the video and decided to purchase based on this along with its description. Two days later I collected the car and was not disappointed. Thank you to Karl and the garage for the excellent service I received. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Recently bought a used Seat Ibiza and cannot fault the process at all. Jamie Davies provided informative help throughout, was polite and professional yet friendly. I was sent a video of the car I was interested in very promptly, and he contacted me with any answers when he said he would. Would recommend with no hesitation. And I love my new (to me) car! Reserved a car online, had an appointment booked. Karl sent me a video of the car. Loved the car and the process was simple, Karl evem sorted the road tax. Just over 2 hours after arrival was driving away in my new car. Only slight negative took 11 days for reservation fee to be refunded. But cannot fault Karl and the branch

Came here after going to nearly every other car dealership and being ignored, my son wanted to exchange his old banger and other places probably thought he wasn't worth dealing with. We purchased our nearly new 208 GT just before Xmas. We live in Kent 200 miles away so it wasn’t feasible to see the car before buying so the process required a leap of faith. This is where Jamie came in. He provided an accurate description of the car’s condition together with a video. No pushy sales talk - which I liked and he always phoned when he said he would and in fact took much of the anxiety out of a long distance transaction which also included a part exchange. Great service. All staff very professional especially Daniel who dealt with my car service. Kept updated throughout and ensured needs met. Would highly recommend this garage. Actively drove further away from local pentagon at lincoln due to incredibly poor experience. The staff at scunthorpe clearly need to teach Lincoln as know how to do it right in every sense. Will no doubt return to this garage for next work required.

Malcom Derek and Matthew have been amazing! As a Motability scheme user, I haven’t had the best of experiences until now. They have been helpful above and beyond and have done everything they can to make my situation easier. Definitely visit these guys if you’re in the market for a new car!
