Clean and bright! Wow, what a transformation. The team worked hard on the front desk, and were so pleasant despite the constant pressure as it was so busy. The food we had was so fresh, so tasty. Fish Fingers cooked to perfection, light and crisp and not dripping in oil (which was the same for the fries. To really test the kitchen I chose the Potato with Butter, it was light and fluffy on the inside and golden rich brown outside with a fresh crispy salad. I cannot wait to try the Pizzas. It was really refreshing as I normally dread or don't eat at playgyms. My only issue, and this is the same for ALL play gyms the flagrant disregard of kids over 5 some clearly high-school age, clambering on the Wendy House and hurling themselves around in the under 4s. This said, the owners intervened- while the parents ignored. So this I'm very grateful for. The events being advertised sounds fabulous and fairly priced. We'd of booked for Spiderman but were away. Really great to see such a fresh and caring approach from the new owner and their team. Really recommend you try if you've not been before or are new to the area.

I had a party for my son today at Krazy Kids and all the staff went above and beyond to make his day special. The play gym is 10/10 clean and lots of fun. We had a brilliant day Mel the new owner made us feel very welcome from start to finish. Prices at the cafe are very reasonable and the full breakfast was lovely. Thank you to everyone at Krazy Kids. We will see you again soon. Kath

I visited 2 days ago with my 2 boys and my mum, loved it will definitely be back even had the place to our self for a while the food was lovely and very good priced!. The only fault me and my mum could pick at is the staff weren’t very friendly/approachable, especially the young lady with blond hair. We get that it’s not fun when it’s quiet as we both work in very similar industry but the main point of contact (reception) needs to have that happy smiling staff member to make you feel welcome.

Came here last week with my sister, daughter, niece's and nephews. They had such a lovely afternoon, I was expecting it to be busy but it was fine. Enjoyed my hot chocolate too! They had a good run around and compared to other places it has a very good entrance price. Well worth it. Kids had jacket potatoes, fish fingers, and we adults had toasties. The food was nice. Shame they'd run out of pizzas as that looked really nice on another person's table!

Visited here today, Saturday 1st of April. Nice place had everything to keep kids occupied for a couple of hours. Also had sky sports on a big screen (no audio) which was a nice touch I felt, for the guys mainly haha! Little girl had fish fingers and chips which she enjoyed. Parking not great had to park round corner on main road however only 2 secs away. I did wonder if the sat nav had taken us to the wrong place when we first got there as you walk up a little side road that looks like it leads to a secluded area with nothing there really, so signing probably could have been better for it but no big deal really. Staff were very nice too.

I recently had my daughters 3rd birthday party at Krazy Kids after having several other party's previously for my older child. Katie was the party host, who was amazing and delivered the best party yet. Katie and staff were attentive, managed everything for me on the day and were great with the kids. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time and none wanted to go home.

Brilliant private kids party venue. Mel and the team are really friendly and helpful and provide loads of extra add ons to make your child’s party extra special. The hot food buffet is really great - best chicken nuggets we have ever had! The ice cream went down a great too. Thanks so much, highly recommended x

Haven't visited for ages but what a shock very over priced now ridiculous that adults have to pay £2 each in when other places are free.food and drink prices gone through the roof. 1.38 for a packet of fruit pastels when u can get 4 for 1.50 in a big branded supermarket. 3.90 for chips and gravy! The 0-3 area is not policed as there were older children in being boisterous around the babies. I asked for 2 forks one of them still had crusty food on. This used to be a great place wouldn't recommend it now far too expensive only visited because adrenaline was shut.

Today was the first time I took my little boy to krazy kids. He absolutely loved it and I did too. Great area for 0-3 children, tables are directly opposite the play area so you can easily have a coffee and watch your little one play. Nice and clean and very helpful staff. We will be back! Thank you for a great day 😊👍🏻

I recently visited on 05/03/23 @12:45-13:45 with my 1 year old son and 12 year old sister which came to £11 entry which is very over priced for 2 children… When I first arrived, I didn’t receive a warm welcome at all, I found the two young ladies behind the tills very rude, didn’t once smile or greet me. Though out the time we was there, the two young girls looked miserable, they stared at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Around 13:00 I ordered a kids sausage meal, plain burger, and a hot & spicy burger, along with a can of coke, fruit shoot & regular slush, which totalled to £30. I asked for a receipt and they had over charged me by adding an extra two portions of chips on which I didn’t order, but when raising this issue with them they shrugged their shoulders and didn’t say anything so I went to sit back down. When food arrived they just walked up to the table, placed the food down and walked off, not acknowledging that I said thank you. We shortly left after finishing eating because I felt extremely uncomfortable. This is the first time I’ve come down with my son and was hoping that I would be visiting more often as it is very local to us, however, after what I experienced, along with over charging me and not resolving the issue, I cannot see us returning and I wouldn’t recommend the play gym to anyone if those two ladies are still employed not only because of their rude manner but also because they seem to be over charging or incorrectly charging customers

It's a good place for the kids to enjoy. Adults can relax and enjoy the good food. Parking can be a challenge but as mentioned on the website there are enough on road parking spaces.

A good boredom killer for the children and we wasn't given a time limit on how long they could play like in similar places (I don't know if it was because it was quiet or they don't have time limits). They sell various food. Pizza hotdogs and other things at reasonable prices which we didn't buy I just bought 2 hot chocolates for me and the Mrs maybe the hot chocolates may have been a little pricey for their sizes but all in all a decent enough place for children to run some energy off.

We had a private booked party here for my little boy. This was absolutely perfect, the play gym is brilliant and defo the cleanest I have been too. We was greeted with a lovely warm welcome and the kids went straight off to play, the area is really well equipped with lots of different things for all ages. Then when it was time to eat the party table was set up lovely and the food warm platter that was served was brilliant for the kids. They also serve the lovely rijo coffee for us adults! Time went so quick and it was time to cut the cake which was all done brilliant and they put it in the party bags. Nothing at all was too much trouble and the kids have had the best time here and my oldest has already asked us to re book his private party next. Brilliant place with such wonderful staff Thank you Mel and team xx

I will definitely be returning, I found the location to be tricky to find and i did drive passed the parking is little and has to park else where but I didn't mind, the playgym inside was bigger then expected with plenty of tables and the menu sounds nice I didn't get to try any due to being their for a party. The coffee was very nice and didn't cost too much, the place to clean along with the toilets. The staff was helpful and friendly too. Can't wait to go back again my son loved it

Came today 10 pound entry for 2 children is not the cheapest play gym but it is a nice facility. But unfortunately the baby we was with couldnt play in the baby arra even though we paid for his enrty because of so many bigger children in there throwing rocking horses and other baby toys around Food on the other hand if you like waiting over an hour for food with no apology for it being late just told we're busy in kitchen over 20 orders. I dont mind waiting if were told there's a wait but when we ordered the play gym wasn't that busy and we were only ones in the queue and people who had ordered after us got there's before us its a joke. Food came luke warm and not worth the price. There's cheaper play gyms and better quality. Picture attached is the chips we were served and the oil in the bottom of them 🤢It's really gone down hill.

Lovely place and friendly staff. Food is excellent especially the bacon and egg sandwiches which I had to have a second one 😋 would highly recommend to go here to have food and let your children burn off energy

Amazing service from the staff! The new owner has done amazing with the place, the food was gorgeous! Defo the best playgym around, the portion sizes of the food were brilliant and all staff are really attentive to customers, we will be visiting more often now! Well done guys! Xx

Nice little place for the kids. Food is pretty good. Prices are about right for this type of place. You can stay as long as you want. My only knock is parking is very restricted. We had to park down the road and walk up.

I think £6 entry is ridiculous. The play gym and facilities are good and I believe we came on a busy day but we ordered 2 toasties and a picnic box which took 50 minutes to arrive, it came with 4/5 Doritos on the side and the toasties were Luke warm when they arrived like they’d been sat waiting a while. I’ve been to better play gyms with better food and better prices. Will not be returning.
