Great fun for the kids, friendly staff and an enjoyable experience for all!

Very reasonably priced. Small but nice and clean. Good choice of refreshments. Kids had a good time.

My 3-year-old daughter and I enjoy visiting Fizzy Lizard. There's a large soft play area with slides and a ball pit, an outdoor area with a climbing frame and other toys available depending on the weather, and sometimes the party room is open with a few puzzles, train track, baby toys etc. The staff are invariably lovely and chat to my daughter when we come in or at the till, and don't hesitate to uphold safety rules e.g. stopping children from throwing balls out of the ball pit into the seating area. The food is good quality and reasonably priced. Unusually, the kids beans on toast is listed on the breakfast menu (served until 11:30 I think) but the staff have always been happy to do beans for my daughter after this time. My only criticism is that the chairs are very low compared to the table height, even for an adult. They do have high chairs but would benefit from a few booster seats to put on the chairs for smaller children.

My little girl went to a bday party which was her friend. They played a game called pass the parcel and a women who works there played the song and stop the song there was 8 kids and she stopped the song so they could open the parcel on they turn and my daughter was the only one that didn’t get a turn to open the parcel she was stood right there infront so she knew when to stop the song. To me she was racist as my child was the only Asian kid there and my daughter came to me at the end and said “mum everyone got a turn but I didn’t” I felt soo sad. Won’t be coming here again and will be telling family and friends not too.

Great little play gym for the little humans, great food and drinks available at the in house cafe, friendly staff, great setting and perfect place to fill an afternoon

Great soft play area, and amazing staff and food and drinks are reasonably priced, my only criticism would be the sheer number of adults inside the soft play area, most children would be accompanied with 2 adults, the ball pit can at times be closed off due to parents blocking the entrances, a lot of very young children maybe a few months old being carried around by adults. I understand some children need comfort and reassurance to gain confidence but theirs no need for multiple adults to be inside the soft area

I had my son 3rd birthday party here in Feb I went for the vip option and my little boy had the buffet and little cakes they was loads of food left over the party was what I expected and more can't fault it even the adults loved it the party host was amazing keeping me updated at all times iv booked for my son to have his party here next thank you to the staff that made my little boy special day amazing!!!

Really fun and safe environment for kids . Finished the visit with a coffee and toasted tea cake .

Very good and clean but I think the amount of kids and people that come in doesn't really keep it in ratio with the size of the place.

Great place for kids, only downfall is you need to book in advance. Apart from that, everything really nice and staff very helpful.

Kids birthday over the weekend good play gym. But lizard was falling to bits needs a upgrade.

This was by far the cleanest play gym I have been in in Huddersfield. It’s perfect for the younger children as they can actually climb everything. I also thought the food for a play gym was fantastic and tasty. Is my new favourite play gym to visit with my child.

I had great time, my 2 year old girl loved it . Even after our time slot finished the staff said we can stay longer .

Jaxon and I had a great time. The gym has lots of things to keep toddlers playing and amused. Fizzy Lizard is clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

we love this soft play it’s small but never over crowded, my two year old and 4 year old love it, there’s also a small outdoor area with a big climbing frame and it lovely in the summer, the coffee here is good too, i feel very comfortable leaving my children to play by themselves here without running in after them every 5 minutes wondering where they are. Also if you are walking you are around 10 minutes from the city centre so it is super easy to get too. Only thing i would change is the staff keeping the older children out of the ball pit as that is the the only area for the babies and younger children. Great soft play and we will be back again.
