Really enjoyed our dinner here last night. It’s a pretty busy area with great restaurants to choose from. I learned that this sushi owner is the same one who ran Port Marina sushi spot before it closed. Fast service. Great selection. Reasonably priced. Wear mosquito spray if you opt for a table outside.

Food is always amazing. Fresh and beautifully plated. Service is horrible. Ordered apps, wine and beer and lobster dishes. Was told kitchen closing in 5-6 min make order now. 10 min later beer, wine apps and non lobster rolls show up. Get notified no lobster. Ok no problem can I still order now?! Yes I can, ok perfect. Change all lobster orders to shrimp and make sure no tomatoes. Second waitresses 3-5 min later. No lobster. Yes I'm aware. Change it to shrimp and no tomatoes. 2 min later manager. Second waitresses didn't understand order. SHRIMP and NO TOMATOES. Got the shrimp and ALL the TOMATOES 👎

I've been here countless times and never once have I been disappointed by this place! The sushi is so fresh, and the preparation is amazing. Best part of all this is you don't have to break the bank to eat well here! The prices are more than fair, especially given the quality and freshness! I have to remember to take photos of the dishes before diving into them, so I'll post more as they come. I come here at 6pm, right at opening time, so I can get first dibs on the freshness. I like to bring clients here as well. What's also nice, is that if you have friends that don't care for sushi or any of the rice bowls, there's another restaurant literally next door, and they can order burgers or whatever from there, and we can all still sit at the same table. The only downside to this place is that it's super popular with the university students, so it can get crowded fast. This place takes card as well as cash, so come hungry and enjoy fresh sushi!

Exactly what you would think from a sushi restaurant. We got the dragon roll, the tiger roll, crunchy conch, and crunchy tuna. We recommend trying the tiger and dragon roll.

Amazing Sushi every time I eat there. Every bit as good as the sushi I've eaten in Kyoto and Tokyo. The sushi was as good as I've had in Boston and Washing, DC. And we have really good fish by world standards. I find Carib Sushi to be right up there with the best places that I have eaten, and I'm taking my wife there to celebrate the end of her quarenteen next week. If you live good food, take a chance on Carib Sushi, you will be glad you did.

Thanks for replying below but your tempura in the pictures on the menu are panko-crusted. Definitely a better choice then the soggy battered tempura you serve at your restaurant. You should take that under advisement since your prices are so much higher than everywhere else in Grenada for average sushi. I recently visited Carib Sushi and must say that the staff was very polite and excellent in their service. However, when it came to the quality of the sushi itself, I was a bit disappointed. The establishment charged so much more than other restaurants in the area, so I was expecting higher quality sushi, but it turned out to be just okay. Additionally, I was disappointed when the tempura appetizer arrived and it was nothing like the panko crusted dish shown in the photos advertised. Instead, it was a heavily battered and bland combination that did not meet my expectations. Overall, while the staff was great, I do not think the sushi and tempura met the value I was expecting for the price.

Horrible service! Slow! We ordered calamari was more like a bubble gummy ‘civiche” who doesn’t fry calamari? Then we ordered civiche got sashimi. No citrus nothing!!! The worst part is as soon as we were done they brought the check without asking, like they were kicking us out. Worst “sushi” ever. We only stayed because we were very hungry. So sad, major improvements needed. Little did they know they were serving a professional chef who works for a renowned company.

Loved the food here, wow! Food was fresh and fast. The chefs prepare the food inside behind glass. Our favorite was spicy black mamba. The chocolate ice cream was delicious 😋

One of the best restaurants we were in for our stay in Grenada. The staff and sushi chefs were very friendly. One piece of advice book a table as it'e very popular, we were lucky to snag the last spot.

A group of 9 of us went to eat on Friday night. We had one bill to make it easy for the server. We all ordered at the same time. However, three people from our group got their food, finished, ordered dessert, finished and left. The rest of us sat there for another hour and a half. I asked twice how much longer, the server looked annoyed and I got a dirty look. The third time I finally asked for the bill and said just take the food off that we haven’t gotten we would like to leave. Magically our food appeared as soon as I said that. We waited for our food for over two hours. We didn’t even order that much and to give half our table food and not the other half doesn’t make any sense. We all just ordered a roll. I think they like to mess with SGU students because it doesn’t matter when you go or where you go in that plaza, you’re met with rudeness an attitude and long waits. Food was good but won’t go back. Customer service is awful.

Phillipino chefs and Italian owners making Japanese food! Only in Grenada where nothing surprises you and anything goes! The prices must commensurate with the location, this is not the U.S. but prices are even more than what you pay for a roll in the U.S. It is difficult to enjoy food at exorbitant and.extortionist prices. $65EC for a roll. And not even done properly. The fish and other items on the roll were falling off the roll, clearly not properly compressed together. The basic California roll was plain imitation crab, not seasoned or made into a paste before doing the roll, as typically done. Phillipinos are not Japanese, they should stick to making Phillipino foods. The informal seating comprises of 6 little tables, tightly packed under a tent. And two picnic tables. Cigarette.smoke infused the atmosphere, apparently from the outside wine bar next door, which allowed customers to smoke heavily in this little outdoor dining area. Very inconsiderate, It was unpleasant and unhealthy to dine there. Luckily, the Tobacco Ban law will prohibit this soon. A man lurked eerily under a nearby telephone booth in the dark, sitting under it in dark street clothes, on his phone, watching diners rom the dark. A very creepy and uneasy feeling to be stared at from the dark as you dine. When we inquired, it was the security guard! If you crave sushi while on the island, find another choice. Because if you know good, authentic sushi and want it at fair value, and with a pleasant, dining gastronomical experience, you will be greatly disappointed.

Excellent sushi bar. The sushi and fish were extremely fresh and all the dishes we tasted were delicious. Sitting at the counter where the chefs prepare the food is really interesting. The dragon roll is spectacular.

Great sushi! Considering Vancouver has some amazing sushi places, I was surprised to find this quality of sushi in Grenada. We went on a very busy night and we could see our server shuffling in and out, almost running, to tend to all of the tables. We didn't wait very long for our food despite the restaurant being superbusy. I have had far slower service in restaurants with twice as much staff and which are less busy. The staff was friendly and the sushi was excellent. I would go back in a flash.

Wow! Just wow! The freshest fish I've ever eaten. If you're staying nearby, run, don't walk. This place is hopping with med students, tourists, and locals. The service was superb.

Had the sushi and it was average. Wait time was long. Indoor seating area was small and outdoor seating had cigarette and cigar smoke from patrons outside of the establishment next store.

So if anyone follows my reviews they would know that I love taking pictures. I failed to take pics in this restaurant. The sushi was such a delight that I forget about taking food picture and simply dove in and consume the sushi. It was sushi that was done in such a way that it didn't have a fishy smell or taste. The mix of veggies and meat was well balanced. My mate commented that this is the first shrimp sushi that she has mad that didn't have that ugly shrimp tail sticking out at the end of the sushi. There is a few inside seats and more outside seats. There is also a isolated hibachi room for those who choose that option. The safe were nice and very attentive. We were assisted by multiple staff members during our meal. Overall great experience
