5 stars to Mick who did a fantastic job repairing my oven. Arrived on time and was a really nice guy to deal with. Will be recommending to my friends and would definitely call again with any oven repairs I might need in the future.

Very happy with the work Mick did to fix our oven. He was polite and professional, arrived on time, and was nice and tidy. Mick worked very hard to fix our dishwasher which was just out of warranty. We had fixed the same issue once before, but this time the dishwasher was beyond repair. Didn't stop Mick trying his best though. He sourced the required parts and when he was unable to complete the repair he didn't charge us for them. He even offered us an alternative he had available at a very cheap price. This was excellent service to solve a problem beyond any easy solution. Thanks Mick.

We would highly recommend Arrive on Time for your appliance repairs. Appointment process was very efficient and our technician Mick called beforehand and arrived very promptly. He was extremely friendly and professional and kept us informed about the problem with our aging Smeg dishwasher. After diagnosing the issue, a replacement part was needed and once replaced the dishwasher was up and running again. Mick gave everything a thorough clean and we were very happy with the result. Excellent technician and great customer service.
