This is the worst nightmare one should pay for. - Rooms were not ready we had to wait - Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets and pillows are not clean - Quality of the room is not worth the money. - Customer service so poor. You have to beg to be served for what you actually are paying them for and their manager called munir is arrogant and doesn't know how to talk to customers. He actually quarrels with you. - Waiters hardly give you attention. - The only apologise and tell you their busy. - I was declined to be served hot beverage and the reason i was told was now their concentrating in dinner so i cannot be served. -The manager actually shouted at me telling me to go and publish in newspapers. Honestly i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are fine but it does not seem hygienic enough. Not fully satisfied in terms of cleanliness

Room carpets were quite unclean. Pillows and towels did not look as clean. The charged amount seemed undeserving for the room condition. Meals and breakfast were Ok.

Good food service is ok rooms are ok for two bathroom was 6/10 parking was safe rates are ok good for short stay

One of the fewest old Hotels in Morogoro Town with their old values and ways of working such that it's in a rare case you will see young vibrant occupants. Good for Asian foods and yes continental food. Service, especially restaurant is faster than you would expect. Can be the only Hotel with a swimming pool in Morogoro

This place is extremely accomodating. The staff, food and service was really nice. They made food according to our preference and the room was well kept too. Will definitely visit again. Great job!

Didn't stay here, visited for lunch with a colleague. Menu had a good variety. Fairly priced too. Waiter couldn't tell if the meat was halaal or not! The hotel had a pool option which is available to nonresidents as well. Maintained standards after all these years. However the hotel will need to retouch this popular spot to raise it up a notch!

A hotel build around a very nice garden and pool with very kind and attentive staff. The hotel and rooms itself really need maintanance. Airconditions are very loud, as is the pool generator. The beds are big, but you roll towards the middle. Bathrooms are basic. I observed that management is kind to guests but not always to staff which I found uncomfortable. But the atmosphere is nice, as is the staff so we always return here:-) Also the hotel is in a ver nice location.
