For a quick stop in Morogoro, this is a perfect stop, very close to most important places like regional bus stand, ATMs, filling station, etc. If you are travelling with family, book a family room! It has 2 master bedrooms, 1 public toilet, small kitchen, living room and a balcony with city view! I highly recommend!

Flomi Hotel is a no-nonsense business hotel. I stayed for one night while I came to attend a meeting in Morogoro, and it was quite good. The check-in and check out process was smooth, and they gave us TRA receipts for everything. There were multiple room options (ranging from TZS 80k - TZS 180k for standard double rooms), although I wasn't sure what the difference was (I took a mid-point option of TZS 120k, as a result!). I stayed on the second floor, and the room was nice and clean. A staff member personally came to check if I was happy with the cleanliness, too. The rooms are quite spacious with a work table also. I'd have liked it if there was at least one power socket, which was a universal plug point in the room (my laptop and phone chargers are not the UK/Tanzanian standard plug points). I had to struggle with optimising my laptop battery during the trip. Sadly, the WiFi was terrible. Although I could connect occasionally, the signal was weak and speed was slow (couldn't take meeting calls) and had to rely on my mobile hotspot almost throughout. The breakfast was nice with options of Tanzanian and continental (the latter being mostly bread, eggs, and cereals). Overall, it's a slightly pricey option for a business hotel, but it does its job well.

The facilities are really good. It's located at the city center so it's easy to move around Morogoro. The customer service depend on who you will find that day. They are not rude but a little bit disorganized.
