It is a huge nice looking hotel but only from outside. The inside finishing is purely Chinese but that is not more of a problem. Problem is the hotel is not equipped with professional staff, they all seem to be new to their jobs, like they were just taken from somewhere not trained, helpless, they cannot solve some minor challenges, the service at the restaurant during the breakfast was horrible I have never seen before. Very unfriendly, they are just walking around you don't know what they are doing. Tables are not being checked or cleared. Stuff at the buffet table are not enough, no one is around to assist. I feel very sorry for the investor, honestly.

Service is poor and everything is slow, also and security (maasai guys at the gate +trained security man!!) another challenge is that they don't accept cards they want cash (is it 5 star or just a lodge)

It is a wonderful Hotel within Morogoro near Msamvu bus terminal. Have fantastic rooms with good customer care services. Sufficient conference rooms with strong WiFi Networks, Serving varieties of foods according to customers preference. Better place to stay.

Morena Hotel in Morogoro is very popular and comfortable albeit small rooms compared with what’s available in Dodoma. But it’s a new hotel and everything is quite new, clean washrooms and nice balcony rooms at relatively low cost.

Very good and big hotel and the location was very good beside the main road. Service was very good in terms of the rooms and the other facilities. But I think the service give us well not very much smart enough. The internet connection was not good for some of the rooms and I struggled a lot to get the internet connection

Almost lived off the beef mshikaki and chips from the pool side restaurant, pure awesomeness. Aside from the uncoordinated lifts, limited breakfast options (esp for foreigners) and the trucks on the road at night, given the proximity to the road, all else was fine. Could do with better entertainment as well.

The hotel building can be rated 5 star but the kitchen side no. Something must be done to the kitchen to make the visitors revisit the hotel

Well staffed, clean and affordable. Kitchen (lunch and dinner) was slow but not a problem. Breakfast included was a buffet. Internet was somewhat problematic but workable. Good laundry and ironing service.

I just attended a meeting. The meeting halls are spacious and the menu is good. Someone may comment on amenities.

Compliments: Spacious rooms, nice breakfast, morden PA in the conference rooms, swimming pool and the garden are well designed. Need improvement: Internet (none on the 2nd floor). Need for a fridge and electric kettle in the rooms. Every customer deserve hospitality, not only foreigners. Pay for TV channels subscriptions and respect customers choices not staff preferences.

The location is easily accessible. The staff are friendly and sharp. Rooms are spacious, calm with great standards. Loved the variety of food during breakfast, Loved it! Price is trully affordable with regard to the standards of the place. I jus wish it was outside the city with varities like pool and garden & Outsiede garden.. Overall the place is Marvellous!

Nice new hotel on main Dar es Salaam to Mbeya road. Across from the bus stand exit. Breakfast is included and has several vegetarian dishes. There was a small balcony with my single room. I had a challenge ready the room number correctly so they showed me the room.
