Staff not serving. The telephone and television in the room are not working and in some rooms the air conditioners are not working, neglected. Toilet-bathroom neglected. The sink is freestanding. Waste water drains are problematic or blocked. I had to stay but I don't think about it again.

It's a good hotel interms of rooms and location, but very poor services. I stayed here for two days.... sadly such a big hotel where you pay a lot of money to stay in, doesn't have an iron. An iron 🙄🙄, seriously? For two consecutive days.??? It's so frustrating..... ... i have had to attend the meetings wesring unironed clothes. It's a shamee.... Mnashindwa hata na lodges ndogo 😡😡

A nice place for weekend outing with friends and family, also you may have a good night staying because they have a clean rooms.

Nice place for low budget

Accommodation:old fashioned,like a motel but fully air conditioned with en-suite Food:every meal comes with hot veggies n green salads.I had big size fish n salad. Beverages:beer,fresh juice n soda. Staff:not very sure cos it was late but d two we saw were friendly..,communication is a major set back;very little bit of English,swahili one-way.

Hmmm well its anice place for a quick stop for a rest and comfort.. i bet you won't regret cause i did as i missed my breakfast in a hurry for Christmas....

It's a good hotel where different services are provided like sleeping rooms which are self contained and are of high quality and break fast.

The place is now decorated compare to it's previous being. I loved the food, nice rooms, its clean and have friendly staffs. What I love the most it's easy to travel to dodoma iringa and town since it's in central

The rooms were clean and the customer service was onpoint. The staffs are kind and attentive. The food is average and not so many options.
