I did enjoy my time living here as the neighborhood was quiet, clean and friendly. The apartments were spacious. I did find that the ventilation of the stove/oven was poor as we would set off the fire alarm with every use. When a project needed done in the apartment Jimmy Dean was awesome! He was prompt and professional with repairs. The complex was prompt to remove snow and ice during the winter. I did find they did do many projects and inspections that would require them coming into our apartment almost monthly. When we were ready to move out to obtain a house all of my positive experiences ended. Its been 4 months and I have yet to receive my security deposit. We left the apartment in better condition than when we moved in. Every time I inquire about it they tell me they send out/process checks on Friday. Well look how many Fridays have come and gone. Good luck to all of those who are already there. I am extremely disappointment in their responses and management over this situation.

I love the staff here. They're incredibly prompt and communicative when anything happens, and helped me IMMENSELY while I was navigating a XC move solo with 2 pets. Supportive and friendly community feel, incredibly safe, pretty grounds and comfortable units. Are there minor issues? Sure, it's an apartment. But nothing major and like I mentioned, they're receptive and timely in resolution. All in all, a great community!

We’ve lived here for about two years and we have loved it. We feel we need to make some shout outs to the team here at the community. First off a shout out to the maintenance crew, Joe and Fernando. They have always helped out and have done a great job when coming up to the apartment to take care of any issues. Second we want the new property manager Gina to be recognized as an outstanding new addition to the complex. She is very personable and always takes the time to have a conversation and listen to any concerns. She has even gone above and beyond to help out, way more then the previous property manager. Gina is a sigh of relief in knowing that there is someone that will actually do all they can to help resolve any issue. Just an all around wonderful person who is a great new asset for the community.

Me and my boyfriend moved in in February and have loved every second of living here! Our dog loves going to the dog park right in the complex! Our refrigerator stopped working and Jim and his team came early the next morning and replaced it with a brand new one. Maintenance and leasing office teams are great! Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I moved to Mt. Arlington Gardens about a month and a half ago and haven't been happier. It's a great community to live in; friendly neighbors, clean, nice landscape, and affordable rent. Best of all: Pets allowed! Maintenance responds very fast and resolves any issues we bring up. Yacoub in the leasing office did a great job helping s with the process, and I couldn't recommend him more. Truly great guy to work with. Update: March 2017 It's been just over a year and we are still so happy we found this place! My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and residents. Mt. Arlington Garden Apartments is our home! Thanks everyone at Morgan Properties for making us feel so welcome!

My daughter and I just moved to New Jersey and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful we were treated by the staff here at our new home at Mount Arlington Gardens apts. I just cannot say enough how Kind and helpful Diana (the property manager) has been throughout this entire process of my move. She is absolutely a gem and should cherished as a property manager!!! Also, the maintenance guy Jimmy(James) has been a real class act and just a great guy to deal with. He even helped me out with an issue I had with my own personal appliance. He even took a moment to stop and Thank me for my military service and for being a veteran. They have all been very welcoming and accommodating to me. So glad to have these wonderful people!!!

I moved here in August 2020 and it has been absolutely wonderful! The in unit washer and dryer is a life saver, as well as the acceptance of pets! My girlfriend and I were worried we wouldn't be able to find an affordable place who accepted pets, but luckily we found Mount Arlington Gardens! The staff is super helpful and friendly and is always there to assist us when needed. Any issues we have are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is wonderful as well! The parking is great and the area is quiet and peaceful. Love it here so much.

We’ve been living here for a year now. I love the size of the apartment and the quiet ambience in the community. The team at the office is great and quickly respond to all your request. The Maintenance Team is excellent and also responds quickly to any maintenance request you submit. The green areas are well kept. Parking is a plus and also having a dryer/washer in the apartment. I haven’t participated in any community activities yet but have always heard positive comments. We hope to be here for a while and continue enjoying our apartment.

The Mount Arlington Garden Apts. Maintenance Staff is a much appreciated two man team, assisted clerically by the office staff. The maintenance request process is easy to navigate, work orders are acknowledged immediately electronically, and orders are attended to in a timely fashion. Emergency calls are responded to immediately as well. Both men exceed typical standards and expectations, in their professionalism and respect for residents and their property. It is comforting to know they are here for the residents!

These are great apartments in a really good area of Morris County. The complex is generally quiet and restful with grounds that are well lit and maintained year round with our safety and comfort in mind. I have lived here alone for over ten years and have always felt safe. The apartments are a bit older, but have been upgraded and refurbished beautifully, giving the comfort and feel of of the well established, clean community that they truly are. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues, which thankfully have been very few. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
