Came here for a 10:50 order pick-up. The time now is 11:32. There is no one at the counter so far. Still waiting for my order while I am typing this. Extremely under staffed. I had to stand outside the kitchen for someone to notice and talk to me. Order #327177596. The order is delivered at 11:55. Thanks for ruining my soccer world cup watching experience. Which happens once every 4 years. The food is extremely cold. IMO they got a corporate order, after my order. And they focused on that sidelining my order.

Haven’t ordered food from here for 2 years as it was not up to par the last few visits. Finally decided to give them another try. Ordered 10piece traditional wings for take out..half original Buffalo and half spicy garlic. They messed up the order with half boneless wings instead of traditional. Both were overcooked..,I actually prefer the boneless ones as they are at least edible but the bone in ones are just horrible. Wings were just hard and leathery and looked like they just squirted the sauce on top. Never going back

This place spoiled my friday night. Ordered Cauliflower wings and got them after an eternity and that too served in to go box. They are literally kicking the customer out at 10:30 pm when the place says they are open until 1am. Very very very very worst experience at this place. This place needs more work to do or better close and open a grocery store.

Kinda disappointed with the poor service at this location. We'd ordered a spicy passionfruit margarita and a hibiscus margarita in addition to 20 boneless wings. After waiting for quite some time, we checked with the server on the drinks, to which, she said "sorry" and went away as if to check what was up with the order. Later, a different server came with the wings, with whom we followed up about our drinks again. 🤷‍♀️ He asked us what drinks we'd ordered 😅 and went away. Our original server came back with the drinks and then we had to ask her for silverware as there was none to have the wings with. The food and drinks tasted decent but service was way below par.

I would eat somewhere else if you want service. Came in, took forever for someone to greet us. Seen people getting up and getting drinks themself. Had to ask multiple times for things. No where to really sit because tables were so dirty. We were here for almost a hour and they never cleaned the tables that were dirty.

I ordered wings 20 count of wings with Thai and mango flavored sauce. Taste is good but they food is not hot and it reduces the actual taste. Suggest the franchise to improve outdoor lighting for better look

I’ve come a few times here since the summer of 2021, and it’s sad to see that this BWW outlet has gone down terribly over the months. Last night, I barely saw like 2-3 waitresses managing a full house. Our food took terribly long to get ready. We had to repeatedly ask for plates, it took atleast 10 minutes to get the plates. We had to resort to using our paper napkins as makeshift plates in the meantime. The only saving grace was the food itself, which was the best I’ve had of any BWW outlet. But the place sounds terribly understaffed, and I’d avoid this place on busier times of the day. I hope you get back to your glory days soon!

Order in the store if you can. The online order “sauce on the side” option didn’t translate properly and we had to settle for pre sauced version. The servers are all very nice. Great atmosphere too!

I can not speak about all locations but this location doesn't have the specials advertised. They don't allow the sauce on the side and the service is slow. I will not be back and I was not able to eat the food you see here because there was way too much sauce. Waste of my money and time

I ordered a black bean burger and fries, and to say the meal was bad is an understatement. The black bean patty was rubbery, which comes from it sitting out for a long time, and it looked like someone nibbled on one side before me. The description said it came with guacamole, but it was barely there. The picture of this burger in the website looks NOTHING like the burger actually served. It's the difference between a mansion in the brochure, then a shack when you move in. The fries were stale. I told my coworkers I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch, and they asked why punish myself like that. One of them said she has never heard of anyone saying they had a good meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is trash, and I won't return.

The outdoor patio is a nice place to enjoy a good meal and conversation. The Dirty Dubs Tots are a great way to start a meal. Nice crispy tater tots with a great mix of toppings.

Disappointing Experience: My recent visit left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the restaurant fell short of expectations, with unkempt tables and visibly dirty floors. Additionally, I experienced a prolonged delay in receiving service as no one attended to take my order for the first 20 minutes and we had to chase the staff to come take the order. The lack of cleanliness and delayed service were disappointing aspects of my dining experience. While I understand that every establishment can have off days, these issues reflect a need for improvement in maintaining a clean environment and ensuring prompt customer service. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary changes to provide a better dining experience for future patrons.

I eat wings about once a month, but this was my first BWW experience, and it was sub par. We ordered takeout boneless wings and fries, and just receiving the order took 15+ mins longer than projected (and they even gave us a 40 min expected ready time, so it was close to an hour for an order of boneless wings and fries). When we got home to eat the wings, I was surprised by the lack of sauce on a couple of batches, as I thought that was what BWW was famous for? The ones that were saucy tasted like the sauce came from a bottle. Same issue with the ranch-definitely some basic Hidden Valley. If you go to the grocery store and pick the lowest quality sauces you can find, you're still probably doing better than going to BWW. Another issue was that the heat classification for the sauces was wrong. Mango habanero should just be habanero. It's not the traditional sweet heat--it's just heat that will blow out your pallet. This is a huge step above "hot" or "traditional buffalo" and should be labeled as such. Overall assessment: all the fun ads, games, and promos in the world can't fix bad, low effort food. Save your $$ and get Wingstop, Tyson nuggets, or honestly anything else.

So we come here every Thursday evening as you get the Bogo special and here is my honest review. Plus: - Food good and not much of a delay. Could be a bit faster. - Music is on point! - Sit where you want. -Empty most of time - Minus: We wish we could be seated : Feels fancy and They can get my booster seats for my kids. - I have to case down the servers for my check most of the time. - Sauces aka Ranch & Blue cheese now cost you! It’s not much but still. Also I have to request carrots and celery on every visit so they will not bring them out naturally. - Vending machines for kids has items from 10 years ago. - We had one great server but most are just there and seem burned out or not super friendly.

Great wings, fine beer... Live games... What more can you ask for... And then there are the remarkable BOGO offers too!

Love it! I get takeout from this Buffalo Wild Wings probably about 3 times a month. I just can’t get enough! Food is always delicious and packaged with care. Staff inside are always kind and apologetic if there is ever a wait. My personal favorite choice is the bone-in honey BBQ wings! Highly recommend trying them. One of my favorite aspects about this restaurant is how late they stay open and allow take-out. They are usually one of the only places open for food past 10pm.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sin at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I cannot say enough about her service. She took the time to describe the appetizers on the menu, offering her recommendations based on my preferences. What impressed me the most was Sin’s dedication to ensuring I was aware of the specials on tap. Throughout the evening, Sin struck the perfect balance between being personal and professional. She engaged in friendly conversation, making me feel like an old friend, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Her timing was impeccable, effortlessly anticipating my needs without ever being intrusive. She regularly checked on me, making sure I had everything we needed and that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her positive energy and genuine kindness made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. I cannot speak highly enough of Sin and the outstanding service she provided.

I have been to this BWW a few times and it is hit or miss. I have had some amazing wings here and I have had some below average wings. Service at this location is also 50/50. Today was prompt service and friendly while other times I have been ignored and waited a long time for service whether dining in or taking out. I called about a charge made here that I did not authorize and provided transaction details from my bank when I had not been there since about a month before the charge went through. The person on the phone took down the details that the manager wanted and said they would look into it. Never heard back from them at all. Also, I asked for my wings to be drenched in original sauce and they even put an “ex-wet” sticker on the box. Maybe the person making it thought they should rinse the sauce off the wings? Here is the picture of the “extra wet” wings. More like water logged. Again hit or miss here. Never know which you’ll get.

Great experience! The wings was really delicious! The TVs was a little bit too loud, but I understand!

Good food. Cooked properly and served hot. The server was excellent and went above and beyond, he double checked to see if something on the menu could be made a specific way (without a particular ingredient), before we tried to order it. We ordered off the lunch menu, and portion size was more than appropriate. It wasn't too much, nor was it so small that it left you still hungry (and regretting eating off the lunch menu). Very clean restaurant both inside in the dining room as well as the outside patio. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Overall we were very happy with our experience here and we would definitely return again in the future.

This is for take out review. Ordered two Southwestern black bean burger. Cost : $29 including tax Was impressed with packing was very neat and clean , quality also was nice. Sides : Fries and Tots. Quantity and quality was good.

Food is always great. Wings are fresh and Thai Curry is my favorite sauce.

I had the combo of traditional wings with lemon pepper dry rub and boneless wings with medium spice buffalo sauce. The traditional wings were overcooked and lacked flavor. The boneless wings were very good. The combo came with french fries and coleslaw. The french fries were nicely seasoned and the best part of the meal. The cole slaw was good, because it did not have heavy mayonnaise. This was my first time I dined at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't think I'll be back.

We haven't eaten here in almost over a year because of cold food and survival, our food was hot but the service was slow. I understand that they were short staffed but it was only one person trying to do everything while the other was just walking around talking. The guy serving us a nice but he needed help. The young lady that was there with him didn't really do anything. It wasn't busy but the from the time were seated to ordering our drinks was about 20 mins, receiving our took about another 30. It will be awhile before we return here again for lunch

I had the most amazing time tonight with my friends at Buffalo Wild Wings. My friends are regulars and while I'm not, our server Josh treated me like family. Extremely professional, paid attention to details, and still kept it all professional. Such a great night out. PS ask Josh for his drink recommendations. He hit my margarita out of the park!

Service is very poor. Waited 20 minutes at a table and no one welcomed me. I had to go to the bar to order a drink and bring it back to my table. Also I noticed the floors are wet and slippery , also some of the tables aren’t cleaned. They have water on the table and napkins on the floor. No body has yet to clean it. I usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in holly springs and their service is 100 times better then this one. As soon as I sit down there’s a server that welcomes me and intoriduces their selves and the tables are cleaned as soon as customers leave.

I liked the chicken wings with variety of flavors. The chicken was well cooked and very delicious 😋 The one plus one offer on Tuesdas is great😀

Ordered the traditional and boneless with fries, carrots and celery... the fries were cold. The best thing was the carrots and celery with ranch....The chicken was haaard u couldn't eat on some sides...meaning one side was harder than the other....also looked as if it was old very very overcooked....looked as if it was freezer burnt and you cook it anyway and sent it to be eaten..smh...only ate fries carrots and celery....this wasg unacceptable to say the least. Wish I had read the reviews for this place before ordering...they suck at this location...

WOW, had an AWESOME lunch today, at an amazing restaurant, delicious food, great variety, and awesome waiter by the name of Chris, I highly recommend this restaurant, even the manger stopped by to make sure everything was OK..👍🤗🇺🇲

Yummy food. Service is friendly but often slow. We love the traditional wings, burgers and fried pickles!
